Checking into this hotel was awful
Pros:

The elevator worked, the rooms were clean and beds seemed newer, with x4 wonderful pillows on each bed.

Cons:

Check in was a fiasco. Each person that was staying in the room needed to show their I. D.. We need to sign a long list of initially that we don't have dogs or we won't smoke or\nWe won't take any of the stuff in the hotel room. There was a long list of\nItems at the front desk that if we were to take them , we would pay that certain amount. I've never seen this before in a best western hotel. I had already paid for my room with booking.com and the front desk had it all mixed up because the other room that I had reserved was going to be in someone else's name and they changed mine into their name. And had it all confused, and it was quite frustrating.It took a good amount of time to just check into the hotel. I was very displeased in the check in process!

Cons:

I was told when I booked and prepaid for my room that they would give me a ground floor room but they didn’t. This may seem like a small thing, but I am disabled. If something had happened making it necessary to evacuate, I would have ended up tumbling down the stairs and injuring myself.

Ok. Would not stay there again though
Pros:

The area, it was close to plenty shopping centers and malls

Cons:

It was unsafe, very noisy at nights, we had a bad experience with the neighbors fighting and screaming and cussing. Our kids were terrified and unable to get a good night sleep

Pleasant enough I will stay there again.

Where I was put was extremely quiet

Cons:

Again the front doors were open with a fan blowing air not sure what that’s all about. Then there were some officers escorting out a woman not sure of the entire thing but it was a little weird
