Very pleasant
Pros:

Good customer service, nice variety of breakfast, friendly staff, very comfortable and clean rooms. Will definitely stay there again. Liked the fact that there was not much noise heard, very relaxing.

Cons:

The water was shut off for a couple of hours. Overall, it got fixed and the comfort of the stay made up for it. Staff was kind enough to inform us of the problem and the time it would take to correct.

Pros:

I liked the breakfast hours, as they were convenient, and the hotel's location was excellent.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the staff. They were not friendly or flexible, especially the lady responsible for refilling the breakfast items and the housekeeping service.
I also didn't appreciate the requirement to pay a $200 security deposit per room before check-in. The hotel refused to accept the deposit in cash and only allowed payment by card, which was inconvenient.
