I felt like overall the hotel was nice but a couple issues. Firstly the bottom floor over by the e-building section it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I'm not trying to say people got smoke but in a non-smoking building you would expect no smoking throughout the rooms and in the building itself. The smoke was strong and it carried through the hallways. I would totally be expecting it to be outside though.
We had dinner at the steakhouse dinner was okay. I'm a vegetarian and I went into the restaurant knowing that there wasn't going to be hardly anything for me and I accepted that. I decided to have a quesadilla and we shared pickle fries. My sister had the steak bite appetizer I think that was around $20. They aren't cooked for you so you have to cook for yourself and paying $20 to your own appetizer seemed a little overpriced. The service was kind of weird and the staffs spent more time in the back laughing than being upfront being hostesses.
We thought it was very weird as well to sell bare naked wine for $22 a bottle when you could get it at the store for like 10 bucks or less.
Keara was great at the front desk. We did not have reservations and very glad we stop here. The facilities were great. Self serve laundry was great once you had the app.
Quiet room. Clean ans safe. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast choices.
Water was barely lukewarm in shower. Towel rod almost falling off the wall mount at sink. No plastic cups. You have to request a coffee maker for your room. Staffing their friends were smoking on the outside patio at Toby's Bar & Grill which is part of the hotel.

The hotel is very nice and we found it both clean and in good condition. The front desk clerk, Danielle, was extremely friendly and helpful during our checkin.
One of the most expensive hotels on our road trip and VERY DISAPPOINTING. The bed was uncomfortable, your feet were higher than your head. No elevator but never told that. At check in they were not friendly just threw a bunch of coupons at us. The grounds were littered and garbage cans full . Just head next door to the Holiday Inn Express.
The staff was great. I wish I remembered the name of the lady that checked us in. She was amazing and helped correct a problem through booking.com. The sweet older lady in the morning when we ate was very polite, friendly and gave just the right amount of attention.
No body wash in shower.
Check in was easy Jordan at the front desk was amazing, the pool was amazing kids favorite part. The bar was fun Lulu was the best tender and she is an asset to your team. Brett was a great guy and one of the best bar bouncer I have met making sure is job is done and everyone is safe.
