Our stay was amazing, especially cause everything was close by. The steakhouse was onsite too. Which we enjoyed.

This is a very nice hotel.
Pros:

This was our second stay at this hotel this month. I love that they give you a ground floor room close to a outside door when you have dogs with you. The water pressure and hot water seemed to be better this visit. The room is clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There wasn't any hot cups in the room to make tea (boil water in microwave). Not a big deal but it was a long walk to get hot water for tea in the morning.

The lady is racist she didn’t wanna give us our deposit she wouldn’t let people eat she harass everyone everyday giving them dirty looks had an attitude when someone ask for key to be made she had a worker Caucasian female tell me she racist because she would let her stay and not her man because he was black she tells people to go to there room and stop coming in and out this by far WAS THE WORST HOTEL IVE STAYED AT IN NIAGARA FALLS NY SANGEETA IS HER NAME

Clean good location

Cons:

It was a king suite with a pull out couch. One of the cushions for the couch was missing and the couch itself was dirty and worn out. Didn’t want to touch it.

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

What I didn't like was the sticky floors, broken and dripping faucet in the bathtub, slow flushing toilet, no coffee pot in the room, the room door had to be manually closed.

This is an ok hotel. It is not a four or 5 star hotel!
Pros:

This is an acceptable hotel. The room smelled old. There is no coffee/tea maker in the room. Front desk staff were very slow they give you free small water bottles if you ask for them.
