Basic good overnight stay. No wow factor.
Pros:

It delivered as a basic overnight stay.

Cons:

Breakfast was minimal. It seems overall the property does only that which is minimally necessary. I didn't experience any "above and beyond" here.

I will stay again. The pros far outweigh the negative. Good job!!
Pros:

The staff was very kind and professional. The shuttle service to the airport is a great bonus. Plus the daily rate for park and fly is decent. My room was very comfortable, quiet and clean.

Cons:

Wasn't crazy about the channel selections on the TV. Also if a plane is delayed past your shuttle time that requires obtaining a taxi, Uber.

Good hotel, but not convenient to I-64
Pros:

This is a good hotel that has a very typical Hampton feel to it — comfortable rooms and bed, good breakfast, and a great staff. We were traveling on interstate 64, and there were no other Hiltons on that route, so we had to use this one, which is somewhat out of the way.
