Cons:

Personale decisamente freddo e scortese, abbiamo chiesto di anticipare di qualche minuto la colazione, la ragazza ha risposto in un inglese incomprensibile e parecchio scortese, come se le avessi chiesto di regalarmi casa.
Per poi scoprire il mattino dopo che avevano aperto 20 minuti prima....
La chiave poi ha smesso di funzionare subito, lontano dal paese, colazione misera, camera decente ma non tornerei certo qui.
La struttura può essere la più bella del mondo, ma quando ti accolgono male dopo 500 km per prenderti a pesci in faccia no, no e poi no!!!

Personal muy atento, en la segunda noche nos cambió la habitación.

Cons:

La primera noche la pasamos en una habitación con un olor a tabaco muy muy fuerte y la caja fuerte no funcionaba.

Absolute Empfehlung, super Frühstück, gern wieder!
Pros:

Es war sehr gut, würden wir immer wieder buchen. Sehr sauber, toller Pool, durchgängig Kaffee und Tee, super Frühstück, sehr netter und fleißiger Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück. Es wurde immer aufgefüllt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Lage zum Grand Canyon auch super.
