Cons:

Номер стоил 3 с чем то тыс грн , чайника не было и на ресепшене мне предложили поставить чайник в номер за 100 грн . И дело не в деньгах, а в ситуации.

Було стабільне світло, інтернет, вода, опалення, що дуже важливо в такий час. Персонал привітливий, було дуже комфортно і приємно.
Бізнес ланчі смачні та ситні

Cons:

Трошки піддувало з балкону, але загалом доволі тепло в кімнаті, особливо в період таких відключень

Вартість за номер 80 долларів за ніч. Готель не вартий таких грошей.

Обслуговування в лоббі барі

Cons:

Готель скасував моє бронювання через те, що я прибув о 00:13, попри те, що завчасно повідомив у переписці з персоналом, що приїду після 23:30.

Після прибуття на місце всі входи були зачинені, на телефонні дзвінки ніхто не відповідав. У зв’язку з цим ми були змушені стукати у всі двері, намагаючись потрапити всередину або знайти представника готелю.

Окрема проблема — відсутність зрозумілої навігації щодо парковки. Замість чіткої вивіски при в’їзді на парковку готелю, яка б вказувала на її приналежність до закладу, розміщено лише табличку «платна парковка». У результаті абсолютно незрозуміло, чи це парковка готелю, чи стороння, і гості змушені самостійно в цьому розбиратися.

Крім того, у номері не був поповнений шампунь, що також свідчить про неналежний рівень підготовки номера до заїзду гостя.

Вважаю таку ситуацію неприпустимою та такою, що не відповідає заявленому рівню сервісу.
