I booked the room for my mom. The phone in her room wouldn’t work and the staff threatened to call the police when I tried to call her and called me an idiot. My mom went to the front desk to ask why they wouldn’t let people call her room and she was kicked out.
Oui
It was close to the hospital for my husbands quadruple bypass
The walls are super thin, was kept up all night by other guests. beds uncomfortable. where some holes in the walls.
The location was the best thing about the property.
Lack of cleanliness was an issue as well as food left in the refrigerator.
I/We have stayed many times and it’s always nice.
The queen bed was not as firm as I prefer but I am picky so a me issue, not theirs.
The location was in the heart of Provo
Horrific room conditions. There was a chair that was scratched up like the Wolverine had stayed there the night before, there were cracks on the wall and crumbs and dust on the floor. Mold was likely prevalent. And the mattress has dried up blood stains on it. It was so horrific we didn’t even stay the night, we stayed at another hotel. The whole room should be torn down. Definitely won’t be staying there again.

Staff is rude and the room 125 smelled so heavily of cigarettes. I’ve stayed here before and was never charged a 50 dollar deposit and I tried to check in one night and was asked to pay the 50 dollar deposit after booking the room. Shower head was broken and pubic hairs were discovered when I examined the bathroom. The owner is a hard head and makes checking in absolutely impossible. Over all cleanliness of the room would be a 3/10. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you’re looking for a really cheap place to stay for the night. Staff needs to work on their interaction skills. I am very truly disappointed that I wasted my money.

Price wise this was great. Location was great for my needs.
The shower worked well, the water was hot. The fridge/freezer combo worked well. The microwave worked well also. The tv was ok, not the best picture and clumsy controls.
The location was relatively quiet and convenient for my needs. The bed was comfortable enough and the heater/cooler worked as they should.
This was an inexpensive, no-frills motel. Room was relatively clean, although there was a 1/4 full gallon milk jug in the little fridge/freezer, a night shirt hanging in the bathroom and a small container with a broken drug pipe in between the couch cushions. The fold out bed had crumbs and dirt on it and around it/behind it on the floor. The carpeting was frayed in a few areas.
I was only disturbed once by some random guy at midnight knocking on my door. Luckily, that person went away after ignoring them.
The room was not as listed on booking.com, but it met my needs. It was listed as king + 2 twins. It was a king + a full-size fold out couch. Which did not have any linens on it or for it in the room.
No, I showed up after being awake for 24 hrs at 5 am. The employee there was probably sleeping because when I buzzed in, he looked very agitated. I didn't realize that there was a check-in time (3 pm), but I needed sleep now, and he told me I'd just have to come back later. That information was not available to me when I purchased a room.
The whole experience was horrible. I needed a room to sleep in immediately, there was one available, but apparently, I'm supposed to wait till 3 pm to check in. How does that make sense? I bought a room, I'm ready to go, but I have to wait?
Convenient location for purpose of stay.
No breakfast. Thin bedspread.
