Staff were very nice and accommodating. Property needs a lot of work. Room was clean enough but definitely rough.
First room I was in had a TV with only five channels, no remote control, and a broken fridge. They were very nice about moving me, and then my new room had a TV with 30+ channels and a working fridge. Consistency needs improved.

Overall the room was comfortable and worked well for my main needs.
I had a hard time understanding what the check in lady was saying about half of the time, but with help from others in line everything worked out ok. There were a number of minor things broken in the room, but the most important things were functional. When I brought up any of these items and the fact that my access card wasn't working an hour before check out time, the same lady didn't seem real concerned...🤷♂️. Maybe just a bad day for her? I've stayed at this hotel before and didn't have any of the above issues. So I'll plan on trying another stay there soon and report back. My guess is that this last stay was an anomaly.

It was fairly clean and well stocked with towels etc. Cheap and centrally located for my plans.
Roaches in my bathroom, bad smell, very visually ugly property, short staff, long check in process, excessive security deposit, etc
There was no breakfast provided.
The room had a coffee machine but the coffee carafe was missing, so we couldn't make coffee. We told the desk person, they shrugged and said "sorry". We hoped there was coffee available near the checkout...there wasn't. The place said there was a pool. The pool was covered in crumpled, worn plastic and appeared to have been out of service a very long time.
