Pros:

Bro clean that dump up I wiped mold off the bathroom walls and it wasn’t like a day or two of mold it was weeks old. Could have killed me.

This is the most affordable place in Provo. I have stayed here multiple times and have always been treated with respect and kindness. The staff is always helpful.

I will never stay there again.
Pros:

The staff was kind to switch my room after sending us to a 2 queen room when we booked a king room.

Cons:

The room was unsanitary. The sheets and bedding were not clean. The floor had not been vacuumed. There were bugs.

Pros:

Nothing but the price

Cons:

Staff was rude and when my spouse tried to call me and connect to my room they would hang up. It was an emergency and they continued to hang up over twenty times.
