Bel hôtel, mais personnel amateur
Pros:

L'hôtel est joliment décoré et très propre. Il se trouve dans une rue relativement calme. Nous avions une chambre spacieuse, la même que celle sur la photo du site web. Le petit déjeuner était très bon.
La localisation est correcte, plusieurs stations de métro à proximité et 10 minutes de marche jusqu'aux Champs-Elysées/Place de l'Etoile.

Cons:

Le check-in était très pénible : nous avions demandé une chambre à deux lits (au moment de réserver sur le site de Booking, mais également à deux reprises en réponse à un message de la réception). Lorsque nous sommes arrivées à l'hotel, la chambre n'était pas encore prête (normal, il était à peine 10h30), mais en revenant vers 17h, nous avons reçu un chambre avec un seul lit. Lorsque nous avons demandé de l'aide à la réception, on nous a répondu qu'on aurait dû le préciser au moment où on est arrivées le matin (=> notre faute, donc!!).
L'équipement dans la chambre ne correspond pas à la description sur le site de Booking : pas de peignoirs, il y a effectivement une machine à café, mais pas de café... Un des miroirs du dressing était brisé en deux.

Excellent location and staff!!
Pros:

The location and the special luxury bedroom at 6th floor with excellent natural light and the view to Baronne Rotschild property.
Irina at concierge, the best!!

Cons:

Maybe other bedrooms in lower floors are not so good.
