Location 5 mins to Salle Pleyel and 11 mins to the station.
Room facilities: there were only 2 coffee 'balls' in the machine - not hygienic at all as anyone could have touched them, 1 green teabag, no normal tea and no milk as complimentary.
Very clean rooms perfect location, comfy beds, the lobby and corridors smell lovely like a nice aftershave!

Great location so you can get to all of the touristy sites. Had a few trains about 10 min walk in different directions. The hotel itself was aesthetically pleasing. I loved the breakfast area and the natural light coming from the skylight roof. The rooms weren't tiny like in a lot of europe. Overall great value for my money. I'd stay here again.

Goede ligging, vlakbij de Arc de Triomphe, zeer gezellige en lekkere restaurants op wandelafstand. En een ZEER GOED bed..!
Receptiepersoneel probeert Engels te praten, (was zelfs een beetje lachwekkend) maar dat lukte hem niet goed. Hij bleef echter proberen waardoor bij verkeerde info gaf... Het hele hotel is een beetje oubollig, mag hier en daar een likje verf hebben. Zo ook de badkamer, der hing veel los, bv de spiegel, de houders van de zeep in de douche enz... Gewoon een kwestie van een draai van een schroevendraaier door een klusjesman...

I was not satisfied at all — it was terrible. The hotel manager was extremely rude! The refrigerator in hotel room was not working!!!!!
I had to keep my medication in the fridge, which is very expensive. However, because the hotel’s refrigerator was broken, my medication was ruined.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
