Hôtel très bien situé, Personnel au top!
Pros:

Séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel idéalement situé au cœur de Paris ! L'emplacement est parfait, permettant de rejoindre facilement les principaux sites touristiques, les restaurants et les transports en commun.
Ce qui vraiment a fait la différence, c'est la qualité du personnel. Toute l'équipe a été souriante, disponible et attentive au moindre détail. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur et bienveillance.
La chambre était confortable, propre et parfaitement entretenue.
Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour son accueil. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation et reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain passage à Paris !

Hôtel vieillot (encore un bidet dans la salle de bain) peinture qui s’écaille dans la salle de bain et très bruyant (j’ai dû dormir avec des boules quies pour éviter d’entendre le bruit de la rue

J'ai aimé le personnel, très accueillant et poli. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bien placé.

Cons:

J'ai moins apprécié l'attente lors de mon arrivée
La suite n'était pas prête avant 16h30-17h ce que je trouve relativement tard. Néanmoins le personnel s'est montré très à l'écoute.
