Good but outdated room
Pros:

The breakfast was great, the little treats in room exceptional but air con not working properly was an issue and the room look tired although it was clean. The bathrooms and room need an update amd refresh for the price paid

Nice comfortable stay
Pros:

Location and the person on reception, Sammy was amazing

Cons:

The pool was clean however could do with resurfacing the inside of it.

The block out blinds didn’t block out the light in one of the windows

100% would stay there again. Nothing was to big a problem and loved having a pool to swim in

Fabulous little hotel in the best location. So close to all the main attractions. Very friendly staff. Would definitely return.

Great location. Walking distance to all city sightseeing and events.

Warning note on the AC to not adjust the temperature. Roof top pool needed to have the fencing and pool cleaned. Staff were nearly non existent. No help to get bags upstairs. Mini bar was not replenished. Pool towels were not replenished. Items in the bathroom were designed for one occupant not two e.g., shower caps

Location was the winner for this hotel. Not much else I liked.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Easy access to Melbourne Park for the tennis.

Cons:

The hotel is incredibly dark. The decor is heavy and wasn't an appealing environment to be in. The rooms weren't inviting. The pool area was poor and we didn't swim because the pool did not look nice at all. The lift felt like it needed a good clean. Breakfast was a small selection of pastries and some yoghurts in a tiny eating area. Tables were dirty when we went to sit down to eat.

An enjoyable hotel in central Melbourne.
Pros:

We were staying in an Executive Suite, which was commodious and well appointed, including a very large bathroom with two wash basins, bathtub and large shower. There were two toilets - one in the bathroom and one in its own room. There was an electric jug as well as a Nespresso machine. A continental breakfast was supplied and was more than sufficient. The location was very convenient for visiting all the attractions and for shopping in central Melbourne. We will happily stay there again on future visits to Melbourne.

Cons:

The lighting was a bit fiddly - there were nine switches to turn off before we went to bed. You needed to be careful with the water from the taps in the wash basins, as it was prone to splash on the floor. A fresh fruit salad would be a good addition to the breakfast.
