Dirty carpets, dungeon lift, light flooding in at night keeping us awake, uncomfortable couch, noisy
Very comfortable room, very clean and we loved the surprise bonus of some complimentary treats. Great location - easy to get to.
The view wr had was of a dirty alley way, which was understandable for the location, however the light during the night was quite bright.
The dark lighting was great at night to wind down, but not ideal during the day.

Location
Lifeless, dark, bed not great (slanted, pillows no support)
Location is awesome. Staff lovely
Was looking forward to hanging out at hotel but bars (roof pool and foyer?) shut.
This is among the worst Marriott chain hotel I have stayed. Stayed for two nights (should have left the first day): steep stairs to the lobby with no elevator and no one to help you with your luggages; no breakfast (actually no food whatsoever); chair in the room squeeks; only hotel which did not have my marriott number when I checked in when I booked reservation on Marriott website; rooms have NO view (faces old/dirty window/wall); customer service non existent (ok there is a person at the front desk, but that is it). Feels like this hotel will close down any days. Not sure how Marriott let them be part of the system. There is NO comments allowed/available on Marriott website which is extremely unusual. Marriott should remove them from the portfolio.
The location
The bar/restaurant no longer open
Hotel is so dark its depressing
Lack of staff at reception and their unprofessional manner.
Very handy location
Stainless steel bathroom, shower screen was too low and not wide enough water went everywhere.
location is great, always stay in this area
loud noise on both evenings & mornings, due to rubbish collections
a horrible view of the buildine next door
very dark & cold in the room
Manager offered me a coffee on check out
