Nothing, nothing at all.
The smell, unclean, over priced, dirty stained sheets, there wasn’t any breakfast left at 9am when we went for our inclusive meal. Bad area.
not a thing this place was aweful but we had no choice do to getting in so late at night.
everything the smell, the sticky floor, the leakign water from the fridge, ac was not turned on in either rooms even after they changed our romms ( still nasty just one had carpet so you could not hear the sticky floor).
Location to destination.
Rooms need much work! I can forget about bad bathroom ceilings or shower curtain rod ready to fall off, but there is no reason why the refrigerator should have food from previous person inside or hair on bed sheets! Cleaning is critical if people are going to come back!
Friendly staff and made check in easy
This place smells horrible.....very out of date, musty and smokey smelling on the entire floor. The staircases are awful and they do not have an elevator. Room service cleaned my room once my entire stay, and I ran out of toilet paper for the last two days I was there and it was never replenished.

Nothing, I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down by the health department yet.
Nothing, it was absolutely filthy. The bed had yellow stains all over the sheets, there was hair on the pillow cases. Dog hair all over the sheets. The smell was horrendous. The bathroom had left over pubic hairs in it. It’s like they didn’t even try to clean the room before new guest arrived..

Acho que é a primeira vez que vou enumerar tantos pontos negativos, embora essa não seja a primeira vez que fiquei na hospedagem.
- O frasco de sabonete líquido no shower estava vazio
- O afé da manhã começava ás 6:30am, chegamos para nos servir por volta das 7:30am e vários ítens tinham acabado e não foram repostos.
- Mas o ponto alto foi que na segunda feira fui checar minha conta bancária e percebi que tinha sido cobrada 2x, entrei em contato com a acomodação por telefone e a atendente disse que não havia cobrança duplicada e ainda foi extremamente RUDE comigo. Enviei vários emails para a acomodação a acomodação mas não obtive retorno até o momento.

Nicely appointed room 7 bathroom.
Upon our arrival to room 129, 2 things needed to be addressed in the bathroom. 1) The sink had debris in it, due to poor drainage. After twisting (counter-clockwise) the sink stopper into a more raised-up position, the water drained properly. 2) the (massage-style) shower head was sitting on top of the toilet tank. While showering without the shower head installed, we noticed a threaded nut to attach the shower head onto the pipe arm. Once the head was attached using that threaded nut, we had a better shower!
