Loved everything! We will definitely stay again!

Perfectly functional with good attentive staff
Pros:

Location, room away from the lift, efficiency of the staff. Shame theres no bar anymore, like the old days. It was a really happening place. But decent room rates and you cant beat the location.

I wouldn’t stay again. The rooms do not match the pictures in their marketing. They look much older in person.
Pros:

The front desk staff was super nice.

Cons:

It needs renovating. Room carpets were dirty and seemed like several pieces stuck together. Bathroom tile was and bath were old and dingy.

Great value for the price and excellent location and room size for family.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient.
Pros:

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of outlets and some USB ports.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The location was very convenient for us, and it was cool to see the Algonquin Hotel across the street.

Cons:

The shower took quite a while to warm up; for a while I was afraid there was no hot water.
Even on a high floor, there was quite a lot of street noise.
The elevators were small and made some nerve-wracking noises.

Pros:

The double bed rooms were a great size, especially in New York terms.
staff was attentive. if we needed something, like last minute room cleaning; it got done , and done well. Thank you Royalton

Cons:

there was a slight odor in the bathroom; we had to buy room spray to mask the smell. thats about it.

Pros:

very comfy bed, super helpful desk staff -- i was unhappy with my initial room assignment, so i said something to the front desk staff and they moved me without hesitation to a much nicer room.

Cons:

the hotel just needs a renovation. overall, i enjoyed my stay, but i wasn't in my room that much...
