I lover my stay, location was great, walk distance to almost all good spots, staff was nice and polite.

Such friendly staff, but bar/restaurant have been out of operation for years

Very clean, huge rooms for NYC, staff are amazingly friendly and really go above and beyond!

Cons:

The bar and restaurant in the huge lobby have not been in operation for years, and the hotel kind of feels like it’s partially shut down, but they continue to rent out rooms? A bit confusing. Also, no room service.

Location ottima a breve distanza da Times Square e dalla Fifth Avenue.

Cons:

La struttura, pur bella, è un po’ datata; avrebbe necessità di ammodernamento.

Personnel charmant et emplacement parfait! Les autres hôtels autour étaient beaucoup plus dispendieuse.

Établissement très bien situé près de tout!

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas de machine à café, il n’y avait aucun verres pour boire de disponible. Il fallait demander à la réception et il nous envoyait les gens de l’entretien venir les porter. Le lendemain, quand j’ai fait nettoyer ma chambre, ils ont ramassé les verres et ils ne les ont pas remplacés.
Il n’y a aucun service de nourriture ou de bar dans l’établissement. Par contre lorsqu’on sort de l’hôtel, tout est vraiment à proximité.
Les chambres sont beaucoup moins luxueuses qu’elles apparaissent sur les photos.

J’ai réservé une chambre avec un lit Queen, mais malheureusement j’ai eu une chambre avec un lit double et le matelas était très mou.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de todo, pero no encima del bullicio. Caminable a Times Square, Brayant Park y la Gran Terminal. Cerca de muchas estaciones de metro, muy cómodo. El Hotel es muy acogedor y el personal muy amable.
