Overall a comfortable stay.
Pros:

Clean. Refrigerator. Free Internet

Cons:

The toilet was loose. The seat was barely attached and nearly slid off the toilet which was also loose on the floor. Hopefully they fixed that after I reported the problem.

A comfortable stay with good access to I-77.
Pros:

The pool was easily accessible and clean.

Cons:

Why the cost for a Saturday night stay was $50.00 more than the cost for a Friday night stay the week before. The hotel was not even busy during our Saturday night stay compared to the activity of our Friday night stay.

We reserved 2 rooms 200-202 NEITHER room was clean. Room 200 had no toilet paper and the shower was dirty. Room 202 same issue plus garbage cans were full and bed wasnt made like it should have been for a cleaned room. The kind lady moved us to 236-234 down the hall. Yay clean room! Not quite, 236 smelled like cigarettes. Room 243 a nice big ole turd in the toilet!!!! Don’t get me started on FREE breakfast. Terrible watered down coffee and limited options. Worst stay ever. But the staff was wonderful!

Probably the worse stay in all my years of traveling.
Pros:

Convenient off the highway.

Cons:

Didn’t have our rooms ready when we arrived at 9:30 pm. Gave us keys but weren’t sure the rooms were clean. Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke terribly. At 1:30 in the morning a call to our room seeing who was even in the room waking us from a dead sleep. ( who calls a customers room at 1:30 in the morning)? No offer from the desk person to reduce our rate or anything after complaining about the whole mess. Hallways and stairs were filthy trash piled at the end of the hall. Should have been a 70.00 a night hotel not 130.00

All in all was a good stay. Have been there before and will be back. Have family in town.
Pros:

Coffee was good. Bagels and yogurt were good. Waffles were good.

Cons:

Could use more variety, maybe some donuts or muffins.

Won’t be staying @ this hotel chain if they don’t go back to offer of breakfast or don’t offer it.
Pros:

Nice room clean and just off the expressway.

Cons:

The price of the room should have been $120 it was $140 when I checked in. Free breakfast has been downgraded to cold cereal,muffins and waffles. No eggs,breakfast meat or fruit. Not good if you’re a diabetic too many carbs.

It was conveniently off the highway.

Cons:

Their pool was super cloudy, pretty sure the filter for it broke. The elevator broke. Our room was disgusting, we didn’t have bed bugs. But you could tell the staff didn’t clean it the way I would have wanted it cleaned.

Pros:

Facility was filthy, stains on bed sheets, dirty hallways, kids running and screaming up and down hallways all night long, shower had mold in it. But the worst was the breakfast, not stock, filthy, was stuff dripping from tables, messy, no options or bread selection was stale, toaster didn’t work, drink cooler empty and juice machine was just water. Horrible horrible
