Estancia perfecta
Pros:

Estaba muy bien ubicado, limpio y con una habitación bonita cómoda cogimos una triple porque íbamos con el niño. Tiene aire y desayuno. Personal amable.

Cons:

El agua de la ducha se salía por todas partes no hay cortina.

Great location
Pros:

Exceptional location. I’ve been in Venice many times, this location is the best I’ve had. Everything is clean. Breakfast is very simple, but ok, they even serve eggs and fruits.

Cons:

Bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. Some trains have better bathrooms. No duvet cover, just a sheet, so you basically touching a blanket that other people touched.

Pros:

Family of 4.1 night stay. Easy to reach. Very central location. Nice view from our room of canal with gondolos passing. Friendly staff at reception & breakfast. Beds & room temp comfortable.

Nice enough.
Pros:

The property was very close walk to Piazza San Marco. Had good A/C. Interiors matched the fell of Venice

Cons:

Has no lifts so have to carry luggage up several floors. Not sure this was made aware before booking.
No frills about the breakfast. The lady in charge was nice enough though.
You could not leave any electronics charging during the day as when you are not in the room there is no power supply - not ideal when traveling with kids and tablets!
