Instalações velhas, serviço de quarto limitado e estacionamento caro.

A estrutura e localização do hotel são muito boas. As camas são confortáveis e a limpeza dos quartos é muito boa. Os serviços do SPA são bons.
Para o valor cobrado, o atendimento no hotel deixa a desejar. Não tivemos problemas na recepção, porém o atendimento no restaurante é muito ruim, apesar da comida ser OK. A qualidade do serviço em geral é bem inconsistente, em geral falta treinamento para lidar com os hóspedes para a equipe

Recepção moderna e aconchegante, funcionários da recepção e camareiras muito simpáticos. Localização boa do hotel, um pouco afastado do centro, mas rápida caminhada chega.
Quartos extremamente velhos, aquecedor mal funciona, PÉSSIMO café da manhã, poucas opções e se você pede um pão na chapa falam que é cobrado à parte, funcionário que é responsável pelo café da manhã extremamente grosso e mal humorado.
Hotel bem localizado, com os serviços e atendimentos típicos de grandes redes. Café da manhã saboroso e com várias opções. Várias opções de restaurantes perto e dá para ir caminhando até o centro histórico de Bariloche.
