As an international hotel chain, not having a flat white coffee option at breakfast is very poor.
Also, for the price of more than $300 USD per night, I was shocked to discover that complimentary water is not provided in the rooms.
Positives of the hotel included the spa and the room cleaning service.

Prédio antigo. Pouca reposição no café da manhã, com falta de reposição de itens básicos, como pão, por exemplo.
La ubicación, la piscina, camas cómodas amplias, buena habitación y vista al lago. Desayuno excelente.
La grifería del baño es muy antigua. El agua que sirven para tomar en el destino no sabe bien. Parece agua del grifo.
