Nice and comfy, great stay for a week!
Pros:

Pool and jacuzzi is super nice, rooms are big, beds super comfy. The cleaned my room almost daily even though it says every other day. They got great options for snacks, foods and drinks if you need when their restaurant isn’t open. Very helpful staff.

Cons:

A bit thin walls and ceilings. Luckily was quiet most of the time but I was woken up early morning by neighbours talking or walking around so bring ear plugs. Also hallway through door is very easy to hear so it’s not sealed too well.

Carpets are very old and dirty. You have to pay $2 for paper cups in order to have coffee from a machine in the lobby. The coffee was awful.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff make it great
Pros:

Everyone at the hotel made my stay exceptional:
—from Courtney, Johan, Kat and (…a couple others whose names escape me at the moment) at the front desk who welcomed me back and helped me juggle some overlapping demands of my trip as well as several tech hiccups,
—to Dania, who made my room perfect and a pleasure to return to in the evenings,
— to the hardworking cooks, kitchen staff and host who made a great start to the days that I made it downstairs in time for breakfast,
—to your evening chefs, who are a cut above great, and then some,
—to Rita and Jake, who made every eclectic mix of customers that wandered into their bar feel welcome and part of a friendly group,
—to the engineer who taught me about the child safety lock built into current models of microwaves,
—to all the staff I did not see, but who clearly are present and productive in making the MdR Hilton Garden Inn a clean, comfortable and highly functional place to work and relax whenever I’m in town,

Disappointing for a Hilton hotel!

The staff were lovely, the location for the Marion’s was great

Cons:

The beds were terrible, springs had gone and the dip down at the side.
Bathroom needs replacing, worn tiles and handrail coming away from the wall
