otelin konumu güzel. retiro parka yakın. otel çok temiz.

Cons:

hostel gibi giren çıkan belli değil. girişte güvenlik yok. odamızın penceresi küçük bir boşluğa bakıyordu cezaevi gibi. birde kahvaltıda biraz daha çeşit olabilirdi.

Gestiones de un día en el centro de Madrid.
Pros:

Desayuno y la atención en la piscina y barra de piscina. Céntrico en cuanto a localización.

Cons:

La atención del personal del recepción y el servicio de habitaciones desconocía en que plantas se encontraban los servicios. Al ser un hotel muy grande teníamos que recorrernos muchas zonas.

Good location, convenient hotel
Pros:

Very good location, close to shops and restaurants, and a few options of metro lines. The room was clean and spacious. There was a rooftop bar, which was nice.

Cons:

The price is expensive.

Fiasco después de tantos años.
Pros:

Nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora del check in de manera totalmente gratuita.

Cons:

Es nuestro hotel de referencia en Madrid. Solemos ir siempre allí pero esta última vez, fue un desastre. Entramos y el baño estaba sucio, espejo e inodoro incluidos. Asimismo, el baño tenía una rendija por donde entraba olor a tabaco (no sabemos de dónde) y evidentemente, se esparcía por toda la habitación. Fue un desastre… y mira que nos encanta este hotel. Esperamos que la próxima vez no vuelva a ocurrir.
