Pros:

Amazing location, 2-minutes walking distance to Marine Parade.
Gorgeous Victorian style of the hotel.
Comfortable mattress and lovely snacks in the room.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Nice hot breakfast with plenty of food and really good coffee.

Cons:

We've requested a cot for our 3-months old son, didn't expect it to look more as a playpen

Pros:

Breakfast was good and the staff were very attentive.Bed was large, comfortable and bedding was good.

Cons:

Our bedroom was VERY warm, and this was not helped by the bathroom towel rail being on full for the duration of our stay with no means of controlling it or turning it off.
The view from our window was awful just a flat roof and large pipes. Not what we were expecting at all and probably contributed to the room being so hot.

On arrival was told ronice to be offerd a cold drink such a long journey

No walk in shower , tiny tv which I couldn’t see from my side of bed

Pros:

Staff was pleasant and professional.
Location was good.
Restaurant served good food in a pleasant atmosphere with attentive waitstaff.
Large, clean bathroom.
The room was clean and the staff cleaned it each day.

Cons:

I developed a cold and found the room to be too stuffy, even after completely turning off the heat.
The windows were painted shut and there were additional soundproofing windows, so it was impossible to
get fresh air.
We decided to cut our stay short by one day, and depart on the morning of May 17th, instead of the 18th. I called the hotel from a restaurant midday on the 16th to advise them that we would be checking out on the 17th. When we were checking out, I asked if we could get a refund for the one night. They informed me that Booking.com "had already grabbed the full three night charge." The hotel staff had been very nice, so I did not dispute it. When I got home and saw my American Express bill, I see that Booking.com did indeed post the charge on May 12th, and we didn't arrive until May 15th. I would be willing to split the difference with Booking.com, but we got no value for the third night for which we were billed.

An excellent choice in central Worthing.
Pros:

Super location. Tasty breakfast. Comfortable bed. Responsive reception.

A very comfortable room clean and tidy hotel great staff only stayed one night so didn't get the chance to try the restaurant or bar did have a very good breakfast before leaving.
