Very nice hotel and a comfortable stay
Pros:

Beds were comfortable but the room was very hot and we couldn’t open the windows. Staff helped us with that though. Nice lounge and dining areas

Cons:

Bathroom could do with updating. It’s a bit institutional in terms of its style.

Ideal base for a short stay in Worthing.
Pros:

The room was well appointed, clean & comfortable. Staff very friendly & helpful. Good location for the seafront and the centre of Worthing. Generous breakfast with a very nice pot of tea.

Cons:

The noise from an event in Steyne Gardens across the road, though the hotel responded very well and moved us to a back room. Parking was a bit tricky at around 6pm as parking bays near the hotel were full, though we managed to move the car late evening. The property itself was great.

It was ok for what we needed to stay for but a little pricey.
Pros:

The bedroom was clean and decorated nicely. The bathroom is in need of an update. The pillows were hard but the bed was comfortable. Apart from the windows, the ventilation was poor, however there was a tower fan in the room.

Cons:

The hot breakfast buffet could have been hotter but the selection of both hot and cold and what you are able to order is plentiful.

Lovely hotel in Worthing
Pros:

Comfortable, relaxed place to stay with helpful, friendly staff and the breakfast was first class!
Superb location, central but quiet. Near/on the coastal bus route, so easy to get to Shoreham etc. which was helpful for us.
We would definitely stay again.

Cons:

There's nothing we didn't like.

Comfortable, clean and really good value for money
Pros:

Good location, welcoming and modern

Cons:

The receptionist called out my room number when handing over the key and there was at least 2 people behind me who I didn’t know. Just felt wrong. Premier Inn’s never do this for safety reasons.

50th Wedding Anniversary
Pros:

We held our 50th wedding anniversary celebration at the Arlington Hotel last Saturday, 6 June 2026, with our whole family and many friends in attendance. The hotel delivered a function beyond our wildest dreams, and we will be forever grateful for the outstanding attention, service, and quality of the three-course meal. All 30 guests were united in their praise for the hotel’s facilities, service, and food. This special day was transformed into an unforgettable occasion that we will treasure forever, thanks to the Arlington’s close attention to every detail

Great staff, good place for a quick stop over
Pros:

Location and great breakfast

Cons:

Our room was quite outdated and although advertised on booking.com, parking is not included. Rather challenging to find a parking place on the street.

Great location
Pros:

Great location. Clean good sized room. Fab breakfast and helpful staff.

Cons:

Advertised as having hotel parking included in the price but it was only on street parking when a space could be found and which required the purchase of a parking ticket.
Pillows were too hard for my liking but that’s personal preference.
