Pros:

Pros:

Staff are super friendly. The hotel is excellent value for money, it has retained all of the Edwardian/Victorian charms but it is trendy too.

Cons:

I wish they had vegetarian sausages on the breakfast buffet, but I guess they could go to waste if they did. I am also sure they could make some if I asked them.

Good location and great food but technical issues remain.

The breakfast was good and the food generally very good.

Cons:

It was very hot and the air conditioning was not very effective. Also there was a lot of trouble with the television and the Wi-Fi was not that great either.

A comfortable, welcoming place to stay. I shall definately return to this hotel.
Pros:

Very nice, clean room overlooking The Steyne. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Good variety of food for breakfast and food from Indigo was also excellent.

A comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast menu, but the rooms too warm in summer.
Pros:

The location is excellent, between seafront and town centre. Very good choice at breakfast and friendly staff.

Cons:

We stayed during a heatwave so, with no air conditioning, the choice was opening the window for air and all-night traffic on a busy road, or keeping the noise out and roasting. An upright fan was provided but only moved hot air around.
The pillows were all hard.

very comfortable and location great for town and beaches
Pros:

bedrooms comfortable and communal areas clean and welcoming. Breakfast had lots of choice and service good

Cons:

The bathroom in my room was tired and could do with a refresh
