All I know is this motel should NOT have been over $300 a night. I got ripped off.

It was a good price

Cons:

I was charged more than I agreed to. Canceled the 2 rooms for Saturday night but still got charged. Booking never let them know. Then found some kind of pill housekeeping missed & when brought to Staffs attention they did NOTHING..but overcharge me. I want refund

It appeared cleaned and we were well received. My check-in was late, and the staff was receptive to my arrival..

Cons:

The bed was comfortable to sleep. The bathroom was clean, but there was a small issue with complete flushing… The bathroom door was difficult to completely close shut..

The hotel needs updating in the lobby and hallways. Breakfast is just ok. Not a huge assortment of hot items.

Staff nice, room not so nice

Staff was nice

Cons:

Didn't ask about pets but advertised as pet friendly and when saw our dog moved us to a different room after we were settled in 1st room and charged an additional $25. Room moved to smelled like cigarette smoke, and was dirty dusty, uncomfortable bed, sheets wouldn't stay on bed, stains on sides of bed.
