חוויה מזעזעת ומקוממת.

רק אחרי ששילמנו על החדר נאמר לנו שיש “בעיה קטנה”, וכשהגענו התברר שלחדר אין דלת מתפקדת בכלל. נאלצנו להיכנס ולצאת דרך החלון כמו פורצים. לא ייאמן שמלון מעז להשכיר חדר במצב כזה — ועוד מבלי להודיע על כך מראש.
הדבר הזה היה חייב להיאמר לפני התשלום, ולא אחרי שכבר אין אפשרות ביטול או החזר. זו הטעיה חמורה וחוסר יושרה בסיסי.
מעבר לכך: ריח נוראי בחדר, ריהוט ישן, מוזנח ומתפרק , במקלחת כמעט ואין זרם מים, ארוחת בוקר עלובה ומביכה
אנחנו אנשים מבוגרים, ומה שעברנו שם היה פשוט סיוט והשפלה. כרגע אנו פועלים לקבל החזר כספי מלא.
לא מומלץ בכלל. להתרחק.
A shocking and infuriating experience. Only after we paid were we told there was a “small issue” with the room. When we arrived, we discovered the room had no functioning door at all. We were forced to enter and exit through the window like burglars. It is unbelievable that a hotel would rent out a room in such a condition — and without informing guests in advance. This should have been disclosed before payment, not after we had no option to cancel or get a refund. This is a serious case of deception and a complete lack of basic honesty.In addition: A terrible smell in the room, Old, neglected, falling-apart furniture, Almost no water pressure in the shower, A very poor and embarrassing breakfast
We are older guests, and what we went through there was simply a nightmare and humiliating. We are currently taking action to obtain a full refund.

Frühstück reichlich, Zimmer sauber, Rezeption sehr freundlich. Betten sehr gut Endlich mal keinen Teppich im Raum.

Cons:

Highway nebenan, aber es war noch OK, haben ein Zimmer seitlich Bekommen und haben gut geschlafen.
