Vehicle vandalized and not compensated,and staff act like they didn't care or any assistance and no help with the situation

First time staying in low budget hotel. Never again.Extremely dirty. Elevator not working. Hallways,carpet,doors sticky dirty. Bathroom super old ,small,dirty and moldy. Wouldn’t touch theirs towels.
Too tired to look for another place to catch an eye for 5 hours.
But the guy in the front desk(first time seen a reception behind thick glass) was very nice. Probably surprised to see few lost people in this neighborhood.
Overall new experience for us. But never again.

Liked having nearby restaurants and stores. Did not like smell of room or sticky carpet.

A rough looking place but not a horrible choice for a quick, affordable sleep.

The tub was dirty the bed was horrible to lay in.

Hi i want to say the stay was good but the facility could be better but its s a old motel that needs lots of work. The elevator was out of order and our room was on the 3rd flr. Its was fixed before we left which made things much better. Thanks for putting the call in.

This place should be torn down. It is in terrible condition which is maybe why they don’t try to clean it.

Good service clean

The daytime desk clerk is very rude and obnoxious.

Nothing was too like. False advertising on the Expedia website, paid more to have amenities that were not available upon arrival, run down interior of the building, clerks work behind bullet proof glass.

Disgusting bathroom/Dirty bed linen! Extremely overly priced rooms for their appearance! Upon checking in there was a guest arguing with the front desk. That should’ve been a red flag right there! Good thing the custodial guy changed my linen with no problem.

The pictures of the property are NOT current. It smelled and looked nasty. The pool had a cover that was so old the color was bleached out of it with large holes in it with green water and algae. The floors and walls were gross and dirty and smelled awful. DISGUSTING! Holes from cigarette burns in the bed covers, cigarette burns in the tub, scum on the tub. Lots of 'regulars' hanging around.

I didn't even stay! Checked back out, an hour after i checked in and went to stay somewhere else!!! I requested a refund for the hotel portion, but it's saying that i need to call in to file a claim. Please help?!?

Blankets and floor were disgusting. Other than that was fine.

The towels had stains. Thank goodness I brought my own towels. The shower had hair on the shower walls.

The chairs was dirty.

The pool look disgusting. The room for Landry had left over clothes. Terrible. I will never go back to this place.

The pool was closed and looks like it's been for a while, yet the advert boasts a pool and breakfast which was not available. The room was very dingy, and looked beat down. AC was great though, and the people there were nice.

The room itself was ok. Not sure about the cleaning and the bathroom had black mode on the ceiling
