Pros:

La situation de l’hôtel est à proximité du métro, quartier européen. Facile d’accès.
Les chambres ne correspondent pas aux photos sur le site. Elles sont plus anciennes et assez vétustes pour un hôtel 4*

Cons:

Le personnel n’était vraiment pas agréable. L’accueil ne dit pas bonjour. Nous avons attendu longtemps car il y avait un groupe mais la dame de l’accueil n’a pas proposé de nous prendre avant alors que nous étions deux. Sa collègue a pris le relais et était à plus agréable. Cependant nous avons trouvé vraiment un mauvais accueil alors que le reste des gens sont très gentils et accueillants à Bruxelles. Les chambres sont anciennes et plus petites que sur les photos. Cela fait assez ancien comme hôtel
