I liked the location of the hotel.

What I did not like about my stay:

I did not like that I felt unsafe.
I did not like that I felt my concerns were not taken seriously by the hotel staff.
I did not like that someone repeatedly banged on my door and did not respond when we said, "Wrong room." The knocking continued and became increasingly aggressive before finally stopping after several minutes.
I did not like that the hotel staff did not follow up with me after we called to report the incident or check on our safety.

Great staff but very basic
Pros:

The staff was really amazing. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

It's obvious that cleanliness is not a high priority at this hotel. The shampoo conditioner and body wash were all very low, the tissues were almost totally out, and there is mold around the bathtub.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable

Cons:

The key was not working and I had to ho back from the third floor to the front desk. The front desk staff had to come with ne to help open the door. I could not get the television to work and couldn't watch any of the world cup matches

Very unsatisfactory and uncomfortable
Cons:

We first ended up with the wrong room. After getting the right room, somehow other guests that were checking in were assigned to the room that we were in. Sheets were dirty. The shower drain was clogged up with black gunk and had to be wiped clean before the shower could flood over.

The pool area needs proper maintenance. In a week maybe 2, I could get the pool area and pool bathroom fixed. If you would like to call me, I will gladly go over what needs to be done. 715-212-7777. Ed

I liked the location and price

Cons:

We got there at 4 and they couldn't find a clean room for us. At bedtime the hallways were so loud with people running and screaming, this went on for hours. Our pull our couch bed had no sheets or blankets so I had to go get all of that so we could use the "second" bed. That mattress needs to be changed. It is so thin.
