There was nothing to like
I rarely write reviews, but my stay at this hotel left me with no choice. The experience was one of the worst I've ever had, and future guests deserve to know what they're walking into.
Cleanliness: The room was visibly dirty upon arrival. Linens appeared unwashed, there was hair left in the shower, and — most alarmingly — insects were present. This is a basic, non-negotiable standard for any lodging, and it was not met.
Maintenance: Nothing worked. The heater was broken, and the washer was broken for the duration of our stay. To make matters worse, the key system failed repeatedly — we had to get new keys every single time we left our room.
Bathroom: Towels were in short supply, the drain was clogged, and the bathroom had a persistent, damp, musty odor. There was visible mold. This is a health concern, not just an inconvenience.
Safety & Security: Our lock was broken — a serious safety issue. The surrounding area felt unsafe, and the parking lot had zero lighting at night. I did not feel secure at any point during this stay.
Billing Nightmare: I was charged multiple times in a single day. When I brought it to the front desk for correction, they charged me again. This required multiple trips to resolve and caused significant stress and financial frustration.
Staff & Management: The staff was consistently rude, dismissive, and inattentive — starting from a chaotic and unwelcoming check-in experience. When I escalated my concerns to the General Manager, Amy, her conduct was deeply unprofessional and unhelpful. Rather than addressing the issues with any sense of urgency or accountability, she dismissed my concerns entirely. Her behavior left me questioning the leadership and standards of the entire establishment.
I strongly urge management to address these issues immediately — not just for the sake of reviews, but for the basic dignity and safety of their guests.

I stayed 3 nights and I tried something different each morning for breakfast. It was very good quality food!

I guess it's good for the price. Room was clean and well kept. Pool was nice. Also there's a great bar/restaurant right next to it.
A remodeling was going on so there's was no restaurant, just a grab and go food in the morning.
I also wish laundry rooms were kept better.
The bed was comfortable hot tub was very good
I didn't like was no not hot food it was grab to go and the tv I had hard time to tune it on and change channels and two times went to hot tub was no towels in pool area I will not go there again

What kind of moron puts a handicap room all the way at the end of the hallway? It didn't even have a roll in shower or low tub. The room next to us had a dog that barked all through the night. I made a request to the front desk for additional toilet paper and bottles of water and neither were left outside nor inside of our room.
Me gustó el precio y también el señor de habla hispana que fue tremendamente amable conmigo cuando solicite ayuda para poder ir al restaurante.
El Hotel no tiene ya nada que ver con la cadena Radisson como indicaba en la plataforma. Fue muy dificil hacer el check in porque la señorita que me atendió era nueva y sabia poco de hacer check in; bloqueo mi tarjeta corporativa y tuve que dejar mi tarjeta personal con el fin de poder hacer el check in y entrar en mi habitacion. Al dia siguiente informe del problema y me lo resolvieron facilmente; no obstante; solicite que por favor me fregasen el suelo del baño porque estaba sucio ( si, me aloje en una habitacion que no brillaba en limpieza) y nunca llegaron a limpiar el baño. Igualmente tuve problemas con el precio; pues el precio que yo tenia acordada por la plataforma de booking no fue igual que la tarifa que me presentaron al hacer el check in. Tampoco funcionaba el televisor ni la cafetera.
