Costa Mesa Marriott

Room is clean and comfortable.

When I checked in, I found my reservation via a 3rd party site never actually went through. Big problem? Absolutely not. Michael went above and beyond to find an available room, check me in, and make sure I was comfortable and acclimated to the hotel. It was a long and complicated day - but Marie & Fran made sure I was taken care of at Amuse. And thank you Thanuri for all the help figuring out my parking debacle!

Before my trip, I called to sort out a quick question and ended up chatting with Adrian; genuinely friendly and super helpful. Funny enough, when I arrived to check in, he was the one at the front desk! Same great attitude, and between that and how smooth everything went after, the whole stay really stood out.

A short stay but enjoyable. The little lake and walking path were nice and the staff were friendly, especially Tyler at the front desk. He was genuinely welcoming for a late night arrival.

Not too far from my regional office I found a great all-suites hotel with the most amazing staff. This is only my second stay at this property and Tyler welcomed me back as soon as I walked through the front door. Just like my last vist, he was again very welcoming, personable, accommodating, efficient, and hospitable. He ensured I was fully taken care of and happy with my stay. The rooms are all a good size with separate living/sleeping areas (suites) and comfortable beds. Another benefit is having the M-Club on the bottom floor, which makes grabbing a bite to eat and/or a quick coffee/tea so much more convenient on your way out the door. From the couple of nights I have stayed here, I found the atmosphere to be generally professional and quiet. Overall, I have really enjoyed this property and plan to stay here for all of my trips to the Costa Mesa/Santa Ana area.

Great experience at Costa Mesa Marriott. Perfect location, room exceeded expectations, and Tyler at the front desk was helpful and very personable. I will be back!

my stay was okay, but I was not expecting to pay for wifi and parking

My aunt has been staying there as she's receiving chemotherapy in California so she has to travel. The staff has been absolutely incredible. The hotel is clean. Everyone is super super nice special shout out to Michael and Tanaya. I am satisfied with the service they provide!!

My mom and brother are flying to Orange County once a week for chemo treatments for my mom, and the care and experience at this hotel have been truly amazing. Michael and Tanaria, along with the entire staff, go above and beyond to make them feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Everything is always spotless, and the kindness shown means so much to our family. This will always be our go to hotel going forward, especially when I bring my girls to Disneyland.
