My stay made me very happy.
Pros:

Everything was PERFECT. It's a beautiful hotel, great staff, perfect location. It was easy access. I was very surprised at the value. I couldn't have been more comfortable.

Cons:

I honestly wouldn't change a thing!

The beds were amazing. The staff was great. The area has great shopping and lots of restaurants. Parking was easy.

Carpeted rooms. A little out dated. Small pool. Surrounded by business buildings and condos.

Larger rooms than typical Marriott hotels with excellent customer service but M Lounge is bare bones.
Pros:

I am a Platinum member. I mention this only so you factor that in reading my review because I get a few benefits which all may not have.

Overall, I liked this hotel. Following are things worth noting:
1. Unlike most Marriott hotels this is an all Suites hotel (think embassy suites/residence inn but better).
2. Has an M lounge but it’s bare bones in terms of choices (less choices than usually available at least expensive hotels), especially compared to other M Clubs I have been to. It closes for breakfast at 9am all days.
3. This is one reason I chose not to even have breakfast during my stay. In essence, Embasay suites has better breakfast than this.
4. Customer service is excellent and accommodating.

Friendly, clean, and convenient
Pros:

Nice hotel with large rooms and a friendly staff. Adrian was especially helpful and informative at check in.
The hotel is also very close to John Wayne airport and to the 505. Very convenient.

I won't be staying there again.
Pros:

The hotel was nice and the room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. Good location.

Cons:

The parking was atrocious. The parking structure was detached with a long walk to the lobby. I didn't see an elevator and I had to park on the 3rd floor. Whenever I went to my car, I had to walk up and down the stairs carrying my own bags. I am 71-years old. Not impossible but harder than it should be. There is no valet and I saw only one cart to help with luggage the whole 2 days I was there. I won't be staying there again.

Great hotel great location
Pros:

Great hotel and even better staff. Thank you Thanori!
Pros:

The experience was awesome. I would like to recognize a representative named Thanori that was so accommodating. She upgraded our room and made sure we had the best experience. It was our anniversary and She made sure we had a memorable experience. So accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for the beautiful rooms and especially the staff like Thanori. We will be returning for sure.
