The staff was very nice and breakfast was good. The room was clean at least! We did not make use of everything as we did not spend much time at the hotel. I really liked the shampoo & conditioner provided. :-)
Many things were broken when we arrived, including the keycard system so new keys could not be made and the check in system which delayed our check in. Half of the sidewalk directly outside the room we rented was roped off with caution tape. The room smelled very heavily of cigarettes even though I requested a non-smoking room. I had to pay extra for parking and for breakfast but it was implied that breakfast was included when we arrived. And it was not clear in advance that parking was additional.
The one thing I did enjoy was the comfort of the bed, which made for a good night’s sleep. However, the comfortable bed wasn’t enough to outweigh the overall condition of the property.
A lot of things could have been better. The additional fees were disappointing, especially the parking fee considering the parking lot was poorly maintained with faded parking lines. The room also had several cleanliness and maintenance issues, including mold, dead flies, ants, and spiders that had been mashed into the windows or walls and were not cleaned up. For the room rate and additional fees charged, I expected a much cleaner and better-maintained property.

I didn’t like customer service. my plates were broken. ice machine didn’t work. i had stains everywhere in my room even on my sheets.
Our room was not clean. Microwave didnt work and after my 4th request, we finally got a portable microwave Saturday, after being there since Thursday.
People smoking all kinds of stuff all over the property. The bathroom light was literally leaking, the towels look dated. We had no choice but stay in the assigned room because there was nothing else available and was not allowed an early checkout
It was the most pleasant stay o have had the pool was excellent and the soundings are beautiful.
