It’s our home away from home 🤍
Pros:

We like this place very much & stay here often. It’s kind of become a home away from home. The rooms are equivalent to a studio apartment including full kitchen. Beds/pillows extremely comfortable. The room we stayed in has been my favorite so far bc it faces the cute little courtyard. Also like the small street lamps placed throughout the property. Adds a nice touch. Front desk husband and wife are so kind! I look forward to seeing them at check in. I’m excited to take advantage of the pool this summer!

Cons:

$5 per night per vehicle for parking. It doesn’t make sense. It’s not in the city nor is it a parking garage. No other hotels in the area (suburbs) charge for parking it’s always included. So our 3 night stay cost an extra $30. It just doesn’t seem right or even fair for that matter.

Its not good business to have the cable out for 2 days and not be compensated.
Pros:

The location is not far from downtown Wilmington.
The rooms are spacious.

Cons:

The cable was down for both days/ night. The entire stay was without cable.
The Lady that works the 1st shift is very disrespectful and doesnt value customers.

Pros:

Room was large; nice kitchen; liked that there was a door between bedroom and living area

Cons:

Bathroom had two areas that were not cleaned well - sink counter had white residue that was easily wiped off but had been left; and one of the shelves in the bathtub had soap residue from bar soap. That was kind of gross.

Someone was smoking Marijuana next door and it was coming through the vents. There was some trash left on the steps when checking in and some stains on the sofa.
