Pros:

As advertised. Enough room for 4 adults. Close to hall of fame.

Cons:

Not enough towels. With 4 people, there should have been towels in both bathrooms. When you book, they know there's 4 adults. They should have stocked accordingly. Small drinking glasses. Regular sized dinner plates don't allow the cupboard to close all the way.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and courteous. Yoshi and Micheal were the best. After having a bad experience at 2 other hotels they made us fill at easy and we finally got a good nights rest.

Cons:

Hotel was being remodeled and wasn't told that. Half the property was full of trash and old furniture. Pool was down. Our room wasn't updated yet, but dingy. We had to wait a hour after check in for the housekeeper to finish cleaning. The price was 308, but was charged 355.

Great location, amazing staff, & spacious comfy rooms!
Pros:

Location was great, room was huge & very clean! Staff were fun & friendly, basketball court was nice, the sweet lady who does breakfast is amazing!

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing some construction, but even with construction going on there were 0 complaints!

I hope we stay there again. That means our school makes it back to the state championships next year
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to go the extra mile. First, the front desk staff was very friendly, dressed like they were going to the academy awards, and gave us bonus bon voy points just for having to wait a few minutes for our room to be ready.

Cons:

I really don't have anything critical to say. The fireplace in our room was out of order, but those things happen sometimes. We weren't there to spend much time in the room so it was not much of an inconvenience.

Didn’t stay was refused reservations
Cons:

The company tried to overcharge my credit card and I had called on Tuesday to verify my reservation they said I was all set. Checked my email on Thursday and they sent me a letter stating they had cancelled my reservation. Something very fishy is going on with this location. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with the front office and they continued to stay that it was booking.coms fault . I booked this place 4 months in advance

Great room with 2 separate bedrooms each with own full bath. Deb and Val at front were awesome!
Pros:

I like that the location was a little removed from the main drag of all the highways. It was set back off the road on a quieter location. Our suite had 2 separate bedrooms with full bathrooms in each. That was the best! The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the sheets were cozy. We also liked that we had the middle area as a kitchen and living room thus we could hang out there together. The breakfast offered nice options including bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, yogurts, oatmeal bar, hot coffee, etc.

Cons:

I would suggest having luggage racks in the bedrooms to put your suitcases on. It is just more sanitary.

Horrible !
Pros:

actually never stayed after calling at 10:00 am the mornung of my 1st night of 4 to ask for early check in I was told not till 3. I arrived at 2:40 and was promptly greeted with would you like to check in asked for ID and then person said oh one moment. a different person came out and said sorry your room had a pipe break and we are unable to accommodate you but the fairfield inn will have a room for you.I said they do not have full kitchen rooms i made this reservation a month ago that is not acceptable
response was sorry can't help you and they walked away!
terrible customer service and attitude. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
