I would not recommend booking here.

When I arrived to check in, we were advised their keycard system was completely down, so I could not reliably access or secure the room. We would need to connect with front desk every time we wanted access to our room. Given the serious safety and security concerns, we chose not to stay and booked another hotel (note that their parking lot backs on to a homeless encampment where drug use was witnessed publicly). The pool was also unavailable despite being advertised as an amenity.

The property agreed to cancel our
booking without a fee, but that agreement has not been honored and I have not received the promised refund.

This was a stressful and costly experience for an accommodation we couldn’t use, and I would urge any prospective guests to confirm that keycard access and advertised amenities are working before booking.

Excellent stay for a night.

Pros:

Staff were great, room super clean and comfortable. Convenient free parking right by the lobby entrance (which is at the back of the building).

Cons:

Would be nice if there was a drinking water bottle or two in room.
