Not professional
It was decent value for Sudbury. The place seems safe and in the downtown region. The parking was convenient. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom towels were very clean and fluffy.
Little things. The hallways needed a better vacuuming. I couldn’t get the television to turn on properly. The framing of the bathroom door had not been properly painted. The bar refrigerator was leaking water.

Alles andere war schlecht. Gegenüber ist ein Zeltlager von Obdachlosen. Nicht umsonst weisen alle 3 Meter auf dem Parkplatz Schilder darauf hin, dass man dort auf eigene Gefahr parkt. Das Hotel ist komplett verdreckt. Das Bad ist eine Katastrophe. Die Klimaanlage ist laut. Im Flur riecht es schrecklich. Nie wieder!

Everything was great lived the room. The fact pets were allowed
The breakfast was very good. There was only one girl taking care of the whole restaurant, and she did a great job, was very pleasant, and kept a smile on her face the whole time.
The hotel needs to be redone. There was a cracked window in our room, mold on the shower grab handles. Looking out our window, we saw a tent city just beyond the hotel parking lot, with people on drugs wondering around.
We got a call that my husbands father had a heart attack, and we needed to go home right away. The manager would not even consider giving us a refund for our second night we had booked, because their policy is 24 hour notice for cancelation. How is that even possible under these circumstances. We will never stay there again!
I did not eat at the hotel. The location was alright, but the neighborhood is sketchy. If I was to go for a walk in the area I would not go alone therefore I did not explore the area.
There was a very strong odor in the entrance area, it may have been from the pool or some type of cleaning product that is used. The elevators were dirty, and the carpets in all public area were in need of cleaning. Public areas were tired looking. The room was alright, there were a lot of towels and the space was clean and did not smell.

We left and i felt we had no choice. The room was used, there was a wet dirty, HAIRY face cloth on the tub edge, open wet hotel soap and the wrapper right on the sink, garbage in the can and one bed looked used. The hotel staff refused to clean it, or change our room so we left. Outside picture is actually the open used soap and wrapper found on the bathroom vanity.

The room was clean and well stocked of towels. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee maker Which made the stay more comfortable. Gym and the swimming pool are good. Also close to sci nice north and dynamic earth. Also close to grocery stores if you need to buy some stuff.
Staff on the front desk were friendly.
Check in and check out was fast and easy.
Only thing I don't like was the Ac unit that was noisy so sleeping at night was little tuff but got used to it the next day. Kids have not complained. Alsoy door card didn't work for the gym door so had to visit the desk coue of time to make it work.

The room was clean with very comfortable beds. The restaurant in the hotel Hardrock 42 serves great food!
The hotel is right downtown and unfortunately there is a huge tent city with homeless you see from your room if overlooking the parking lot. There was some homeless in the hotel parking lot as well, one actively injecting on the front steps of hotel.
