Pros:

El hotel está en una ubicación privilegiada, cerca del centro de la ciudad, de la playa y de restaurantes. La habitación era muy cómoda y tenía todo lo necesario para mí. El desayuno estaba incluido en la tarifa y era muy variado. El hotel siempre estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Me gustó tener la opción de almorzar dentro del hotel a un precio muy adecuado con un menú variado y sabroso.
El personal muy amable y siempre atentos, lo cual se valora y agradece.
Disfruté mi estadía y volvería sin duda a hospedarme allí en una proxima visita a Iquique.

Excelente Hotel
Pros:

Muy buen desayuno, excelente ubicación y el personal muy disponible para atender de la mejor maneja al pasajero y resolver los requerimientos que presentamos . Para nosotros como familia fue muy grata toda la estadía en el Hotel.

No solucionaron el problema de agua caliente. Salió fría todos los días que estuve (3 días).

La locación muy buena. La recepción muy buena, habitaciones cómodas

Cons:

El desayuno, tal vez por ser temporada alta, se terminaba rápido, había mucho desorden y no se reponian los alimentos que se terminaban rápido.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba muy bien.
Las duchas muy pequeñas, algo incómodas para bañarse.
