Nice location, basic hotel.
Pros:

Located close to Victoria Harbour, Royal BC Museum and dining.

Cons:

The price. 1500$+ for 3 nights is insane in my opinion. 450$+ a night for a standard days inn room is crazy to me.

Perfecte locatie als je de veerboot wilt nemen.
Pros:

Het hotel is modern, netjes en heeft schone kamers. Een grote verrassing was het verwarmde buitenbad waar we een paar uurtjes heerlijk van hebben genoten. De locatie is echt perfect, gelegen tegenover de ferryterminal van waaruit we de volgende dag gingen vertrekken naar Port Angeles (USA). Het personeel is super gastvrij en zeer behulpzaam. Parkeren kon op de parkeerplaats voor het hotel. Er zit geen ontbijt bij, maar aangezien we de volgende ochtend toch de veerboot namen naar de USA, konden we daardoor op volle zee van een ontbijtje genieten.

Cons:

Het zou nog fijner zijn geweest als we al in het hotel zelf konden ontbijten, maar dat was toch ook geen heel groot probleem. Als je toch ter plekke wil ontbijten zit er een restaurant om de hoek.

Excellent downtown location , budget friendly, well appointed.
Pros:

Unit wih kitchen which was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pan, toaster, keurig, tea kettle. Space slightly tight but to be expected in such an excellent location. Lots of electrical and charging outlets. Staff were lovely. The pool was a great temp and much appreciated. Convenient to so much downtown. No AC which is only a prob in August, yes there is some street noise, but we were so tired at the end of the days sightseeing , didn’t even need ear plugs. Will stay again. Good value, not luxurious, but we don’t want that, very clean and well appointed.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything to improve it. It is located right across from the Black Ball and Victoria clipper, there will be heavy foot and vehicle traffic at times. But for that reason, it’s so very convenient for travelers arriving from and returning to US.

Ideal and central location. Amazing Harbour views. Even the new Harbour construction wasn't that distracting. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons:

The jerky elevator was a bit rough on my mama's back, every time it stopped at a floor.
Otherwise EVERYTHING was great. Thank you so much. I'll consider staying here again next time I'm in Victoria.

Not ritzy, but clean, comfortable, and convenient!
Pros:

The location was superb! It was convenient to the ferry and local destinations. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We had a view of the harbor from our room!

Cons:

The room seemed a bit crowded, but honestly, it had everything we wanted and needed. They provide a lot with the space the room allows.

Super !
Pros:

Super emplacement dans Victoria avec parking gratuit, on peut tout faire à pied. La piscine et spa ont été super appréciés.
Chambre propre
Personnel hyper agréable qui a pu nous faire le check in bien plus tôt que prévu.
