Pros:

Great location - easy to walk around downtown Victoria and surrounds, clean and tidy room, loved the chilled water bottle refiller in reception

Adequate but not to the standard we thought it would be for the price paid.
Pros:

Staff were very courteous. The location and parking included on site was very good for our purpose;

Cons:

Could not get TV to work. Both nights the staff tried but could not get it to operate properly. Room was very small. Breakfast was not included. We think we would have done better at another hotel closed by.

Great harbour view
Pros:

A lovely location overlooking the harbour. We had a harbour view from our room. The staff were super-helpful when we needed to extend our stay by two nights. The harbour was noisy by day but nights were peaceful. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

I guess if you want continuous peace and quiet you wouldn't like the harbour view rooms but I liked to watch the activity!

Superb Location. Beautiful Views. Incredible Value.
Pros:

We had a double harbour view room with kitchenette. The room was very comfortable, the view amazing, and location superb, surrounded by hotels costing substantially more. The hotel warned that there was ferry building construction across from the hotel, and offered to move us to a room on the opposite side of building that was quieter. We decided to stick with the harbour view room. While the room was noisy, it wasn't the construction, it was the people at the restaurant terrace below (we were on 4th floor, and we could hear entire conversations from the first floor bar terrace). But this did not bother us at all....in fact,. it was nice hearing people be so happy and enjoying themselves. The harbour view as totally worth it! We felt this was a great value,. and would definitely return.

Cons:

We loved our stay, but would have liked a firmer bed. One bed was tyoo soft; the other was beyond soft and saggy.

Pros:

We chose it for a two night stay for its location on the harbour front and within walking distance of places we were interested in. Easy to find, easy check-in/out, no noise issues with the work going on in the harbour they had told us about and fan provided in the room as they told us they don't have air conditioning. Lots of harbour activity, a great stay .
