Good other than the alarming door aggressively opening at 10 am

Location, atmosphere and great staff. Other than it was only 9:30 maybe 10am.

Thankfully. We had the door latched someone attempted to come in our room. Not sure if was staff or ??? Our room was given to someone in error. We were definitely not dressed. A bit alarming 🫣

Cons:

Having someone open our room at 10:00 am. Checkout is 11. That’s wasn’t good.

Grateful we got a room when we were evacuated. We looked forward to swimming but it Smokey.

Cons:

Bummer the manager told the staff not to re open the pool after it had been closed for a lightning storm. It had been 4+hr… still they wouldn’t open it. Clear skies for hours, still manager said no. Dismissive

World not recommend.
Pros:

The location was convenient.

Cons:

1. We got towels that were stained with... something brown?
2. No juice available for breakfast.
3. A shared gallon of milk? No thx.
4. Both our keys were deactivated a day early.
5. No hot water the 2nd day of our stay. Told the front office who responded "Oh. I'll make a note of that. What room? " No apology. No offered solution. Nada.

Would not recommend.
