Do not stay here.
Pros:

Nothing. If I weren’t so tired I would not have stayed there.

Cons:

Stairwells are rusty. Concrete walkways and stairs were cracked and filthy. Bare minimums in room. Not worth even considering staying again.

Pros:

My room was way newer and cleaner than I expected from viewing the exterior of the hotel

Cons:

Location only, there’s really no good restaurants or bars you walk to but downtown Bend is very close….oh I did have some issues with the TV….sometimes it would buffer for long periods of time so you might be without TV sometimes

We won't be staying here again due to parking and noise of guests at night.
Pros:

Room was clean and housekeeping and facilities staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Construction crew booked all along back of hotel and parking was not accommodating as all big trucks/rigs in spaces and along barrier so we had to park at end of property with our truck.
