Pros:

Perfect location, walking distance to Santa Anita. Free buffet breakfast with fine selection. Young man at the desk most evenings always helpful. Everything excellent, great value, look forward to staying again.

The staff was great and the location was nice.

My room was dirty. The linens on my bed smelled like they had body odor from a previous guest. The floors and bathroom weren’t clean.

We had ants crawling all over our dresser, snack food and table. We wiped the table down the first day we checked in due to there being a sticky substance covering it but returned from an outing and ants were still everywhere.
Breakfast was amazing and although they have a secured entrance, there were homeless people eating breakfast each morning. Staff do catch them but asked them if they were guests, required a room number and last name, which the people rambled off random names and numbers. While staff go verify the breakfast lobby becomes a little chaotic because you will see these people scarf down what they have left, get up and rush out. That was a little unsettling.

Nice room, good breakfast, receptionist was moody.
Pros:

Good location, quiet and off the main roads.

Cons:

A/c in the room did not work. Unit showed an error message and receptionist suggested it was user error. No an appropriate response.

Great staff. Need more clear instructions re black out shade, so guests can sleep well.

Breakfast very good, but ran out of potatoes early! Staff and desk clerk were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It was difficult to sleep bc I did not see any black out shade. In the morning, staff showed me the left/right arrown on the remote toggled to a black out shade. Suggestion: make it clear on remote that LEFT=shade and RIGHT= black-out shade. Tho when staff showed me the remote, the black out shade ran off track, so maybe wasn't really working right. Also, wanted to sit by pool in a.m., but didn't open til 9 am. Suggestion: provide outdoor eating space for viewing beautiful Pasadena mountains while breakfasting.

Great price online and I got to keep that price for the one night. Room comfortable.
Pros:

The night Auditor clerk helped me get a room for the night because I made a mistake thinking it was for that same night. He was very nice and explained what I did. I was embarrassed but I needed a room and he accommodated my request and changed my reservation. Thank you for getting me a room where I was safe, warm and comfortable.

Cons:

It would have been nicer to get a room located more in the front than way way in the back, since I was alone. Also when checking out, the one woman was not friendly and seemed bothered while working with someone on the phone. Finally a gentleman came out, he could have been more hospitable but possibly the bad mood from the other lady worker was contagious. I also asked him what the rate would be if I stayed another day and he gave me an outrageous price. I would have stayed another night if it was comparable to the price I got online. So I went across the street to Embassy Suites and got a lower price than the one I just paid for. Plus I get a cooked to order breakfast there. I stayed at Embassy Suites for 5 days.

Pros:

Located in Arcadia, about 10 minutes walk from a metro station, but has a big parking lot which you can use for free. Excellent location, shops nearby and generally a safe, calm, nice area. Room was okay, a bit outdated (A/C is very old and noisy, bathtub is very oldschool, window is an old metal one with minimal soundproofing), but everything was working well, was generally clean and bed was really comfy. The inside of the hotel is quiet, not much noise during the night from the corridor. Breakfast was great as always in a Hampton. Really enjoyed the signature waffle and the cheesy omelette. Could use some vegetables but maybe the lack of veggies is a US thing? The coffee, tea and hot chocolate station was good too, and it is available until the night, which is great!

Cons:

Bit outdated room with old and noisy A/C, not soundproofed window and oldschool bathtub with not so effective shower.

Nähe zur Metro. Ausreichendes Frühstücksbüffet.

Cons:

Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer nur mit Badewanne sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
Modernisierung würde dem Hotel guttun.
