Don't order from Room Service because it is not the hotels.
Pros:

It was a nice room and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The flyer that was placed on the dresser in the room was a large flyer and it said in Large letters "Room Service" with the your hotels logo on top. So we ordered room service and gave them the room number and they said it would take about 45 minutes. We waited a hour and a half and we were wondering if they had to go out and catch the chicken first before they cooked it. Well we then got a phone call asking how their delivery service was and I was shocked because we had not received it. They were confused too, so they said they would contact the Front Desk to hold on. When she came back she said it was sitting on the counter at the front desk for a time. When my husband went down to get it the desk clerk said we had ordered from a outside vendor. That totally confused me because we thought according to the flyer on the desk in the room that it was the hotel room service. I feel that was quite a misrepresentation of the flyer and when we checked out I mentioned all of this to the morning desk clerk, and she said she could understand how that had looked. I told her maybe she should bring this up to her management, and she never said another word. Why didn't the desk clerk at night tell us the food was on the counter? The food was great too bad it was not your hotels.

Pros:

The room was perfect! Clean, nice comfortable couch, chair, and bed. Nice location, quiet and nice hot breakfast. And all of the staff was wonderful.

Lesson learned i guess. Dont eat there.

Good value, but the hotel operations good be more respectful of guests' comfort.
Pros:

Convenient location of hotel.

Cons:

Hotel had a man operating a noisy leaf blower outside our window at 8:00 AM. This was very disrespectful to guests trying to sleep.

Cons:

En mis últimas estancias en el lugar la presencia y entrada al edificio y al área de desayuno de bagabundos hoteles. Deberían de eliminar ese problema ,pues afecta la buena imagen del hotel, ustedes son de lo mejor .

Excellent value for stay. Comfortable rooms, clean facilities and excellent breakfast.
Pros:

It is a good location to the city. Easy to access restaurants and shops. The breakfast was exceptional. So many choices and the staff kept it well stocked during the entire time.

Cons:

I had to have my cards reset as they stopped working the second night.
