The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The room was quiet, you couldn't hear the guests on either side or in the room above.
The bed was very hard making it difficult to sleep. A softer bed would have been preferable.
In town for a wedding in nearby Manheim. Stayed for three nights and could’ve easily stayed longer. Hotel is conveniently located. It seemed like we were within a 20 minute drive of everything.
Hotel is updated, has smart TV options, and a solid hot breakfast that includes premade omelets, bacon and potatoes.
Would definitely return if in the area.
The oatmeal was a little running. Other than that it was okay.
My sister said that her mattress wasn't very comfortable
We asked for a list of recommended restaurants and were given 3 booklets. One had a map in it but the map didn't even show where we were on it. We had to go online to find something.
After booking our stay with a link a family member gave me we accidentally ended up with a reservation in Lancaster CA instead of Lancaster PA!! After a long day we attempted to check in and could not locate our confirmation number. Ricky worked for about 15 min, cancelled out erroneous reservation without penalty and got us settled in a comfortable room in the right town! Lol. Will print my color formation next time but thankful for this patient young man!

Convenient location and great rate
Breakfast wasn't great
Breakfast offered a wide range of hot and cold items. It was kept clean and filled.
Everything was excellent
The hotel was in a great location and was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was amazing!
Nothing
My family of four stayed here while touring the surrounding Lancaster County. The hotel was clean and modern, the beds were VERY comfortable, and the staff were attentive. The breakfast was your standard Hampton Inn buffet, including those wonderful waffle-makers that my kids love. We also drive a hybrid EV, and the hotel has multiple chargers. As a result, we didn't have to pay for gas at all while exploring the countryside! That's a pretty big bonus these days, and made our stay even more budget-friendly. The room rates were pretty typical, or even on the lower end, of chain hotels in this area.
The hotel is minutes for Highway 30, which will take you to main attractions around Lancaster County. There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance, as well as a Costco and a Starbucks.
We'll definitely stay here again when we're back to see more of this beautiful county.
P.S. For families with kids, there's an outdoor pool (which was closed perhaps due to the season). There's also a tiny shop with a self-checkout if you're in need of emergency provisions for hangry children.
Absolutely great spot for a nice little vacation. I went alone to go to kitchen kettle village and shop around. (Amazingly close to anywhere you may want to go in the area by the way. Housekeeping was fantastic because the room was always spotles.
