Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

The walls were too thin. We woke up in the middle of the night because our neighbors were having a conversation in their room.

Slept well and location was convenient to get to the airport.
Pros:

Very nicely decorated, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and lighting was very nice. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Since I was traveling with a friend we found not having a separation (wall) between the bathroom area and sleeping area was not as private. Sound travels.

great experience will return soon.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and had many amenities. The breakfast was good. My fiancé and I do not eat meat. They delivered a meal that had bacon on it but it did not say that on the menu. They remade our meals, credited off our account and fixed the menu ASAP to avoid this next time.

Pros:

Rooms are well laid out and comfortable.
The restaurants and bars are great.
The TONO, in particular was VERY GOOD. The food and mixed drinks were a highlight of our stay.
The Staff was very friendly.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Hotel staff was very nice.

Cons:

I shared a two queen room with my adult son, the bathroom in our shared room was interesting to navigate with no door to change, enter/exit the shower, or get ready in private. This would be helpful to know upon booking somewhere.

Afternoon high tea.
Pros:

I took my 102 years old mother there for high tea. Not only they accommodated my request for sharing one tea set with my mom, they made a few extra pastries especially for her, ex. a smaller pastry that was easier for her bite; a different pastry than mine because it had meringue topping, ( not fully cooked egg white is not suitable for elderly for safety); so considerate, and no extra charge.
We totally enjoyed the lovely presentations and the not so sweet and light pastries, the truffle egg sandwich and others.
The pastry chef came out to explain what each piece was. The server was friendly of course.
Not a big deal, but I was just a little disappointed that the location was relocated to the loft of the bar cafe, and not at the Living room on the 6 th floor, with the garden- feel atmosphere as shown on the website.

Great stay
Pros:

Hotel was beautiful and the service was top notch! My only 2 tiny complaints are that the WiFi in the room was very bad and the hotel did not have any umbrellas to lend out during a town storm. Aside from that it was an amazing stay.

Need to improve
Cons:

1) Breakfast never was open on time. Two of three days people were not friendly. Only once the waitress was nice and welcoming.
2) Receptionist sold museum tickets for the wrong day.
3) When we forgot charger in the room, stuff didn’t help. They disappeared for 30 or more minutes and said they couldn’t find. When we get to the room, the charger was exactly where we said it should have been left. It was after check out, so we asked them to search, did not do it by ourselves first time.
4) nice location, stylish design, but poor management, wrong team and attitude.
