My stay was horrible room is clean only on request you have to go to front desk for towels the smels
Pros:

Location ok but the breakfast was horrible I stayed 5 day only went down to try the breakfast once I didn't go back

Cons:

The eggs and muffins I had to request to change my room because of the smell 5 day and u have to request for them to clean it did they make the bed same sheets did vacuum or sweep or clean the bathroom house keeping is very poor

For an over night stay it was ok.
Pros:

The breakfast was fairly good. It was a bit busy through the night. I would have to say it was what I expected.

I was very happy with the front desk but the property was disappointing
Pros:

The lady at the front desk was amazing and took care of us.

Cons:

The pool wasn’t heated at all. The property could use some upgrades as the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall, there was a musty smell. The manager (I’m assuming, he didn’t speak English) was very loud and rude. He would yell on his phone in the lobby and hallways. The way he spoke to his employees was unsettling and he took the salt shaker from my 14 year old daughter as she was using it.

It was just ok.
Pros:

The only disappointing thing was the girl at the desk said don't forget we serve breakfast at 6 am. There was not any breakfast or coffee at 6:00 am or 6:15 am. Had to leave we had a long drive home

Cons:

The elevator door slams shut. Kind of creeps me out.

The bathroom facility and inoperative ice machine, not withstanding- the hotel was really nice.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Bed was super comfy. Room and facilities were very clean.

Cons:

Ice machine didn’t work. Room phone didn’t work. Toilet was super low to ground, which made sitting down ‘uncomfortable’- but this was a disability access room, so…
But- the porcelain was either broken or sounded broken whenever it was sat on-seat was misaligned.

Pros:

The lady during the day at the front desk seem like she hated her job but the lady at night was very nice. The pool was out of order and the elevator. Also, the waffle iron was out of order. The breakfast wasn’t that great. Overall, the hotel was nice.

Pool could have been working.

We really enjoyed our stay because it was clean, quiet and comfortable.
Pros:

The front desk was available immediately when we arrived at 2:30 PM. She was wonderful and let us
go to our room before 3 PM. She also let us choose our room. Also, she asked if we wanted housekeeping services daily and we said no. She gave us extra towels and told us if we needed anything to let them know. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Every time we saw a staff member they always smiled. We are going to stay there next year when we come down to visit our son and his family.
