Convient location
TV didn't work. Had to move rooms right away. Our keys didn't work the first night in the evening. Didn't seem to know we were staying 2 nights.
Clean
Highway noise
Never had a problem with parking.
Hotel staff was rude (lady working the morning or overnight shift). She seemed so bothered each time I had to come up to the desk (one to check in, 2 to ask for more towels, 3 when checking out). They put me in an accessible room when I checked in. I went back to the front desk and asked to not be in an accessible room and that I booked a king with a sofa.
Was told they don’t have rooms with sofas and she doesn’t know why it’s available on booking.com. We finally got into a different room and the door wouldn’t shut without pulling handle all the way down. Even when leaving out we had to pull the handle down from the inside and then the one on the outside for it to shut. The toilet handle was broke and wouldn’t release on its own so we had to make sure to release it our self or the toilet wouldn’t flush but would constantly run. The ceiling above the shower looked like it was going to fall down. Could use some “fluffier” pillows.
Breakfast was great.
Breakfast good. Nice selection of food
It was a decent stay for the price. Clerk was nice.
There was an odor on the 3rd floor but not in the room. I also believe the staff went into the room before we actually checked out. We began to load up and when we came back for our final things, the door was partially opened and couldn't be closed again. It wasn't even 8 am.
The bathroom was exceptional. Appeared to be recently redone. The bedroom had a very low bed which was not ideal for a person with disabilities, but everything else was good.
The drive up appearance left a lot to be desired. I had to guess at where was the main entrance!
