Roaches on property
Pros:

There were roaches in the room. we booked 2 rooms and of course did not want to stay in either room as they were side by side. They said they would refund my money but only for one room and im still waiting. when i told the clerk there were roaches in the room he didnt look the leaat bit surprised.
