Cons:

Arrived at 7pm and my room was not ready and checking was at 3pm. Once my room was ready, around 9pm, it was given to someone else. It was all eventually straightened out. The room was clean and comfortable, but I paid full price for a room that was deducted out of my bank account 5hrs prior that I couldn't even get into til 9pm.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good

Cons:

Our bed was super high and for someone like me who is short and of a mature age it was difficult getting into bed.

Diffiçult making reservation from different sites and prices outrageous. Easy and cheaper when making reservation in lobby of hotel. Also didnt get hotel til after mn tey forgot to leave messsge we could check out at 11am but worked out
