It is an established hotel, the staff is very helpful and open, the room has enough space and it is very clean. There is a small kitchen space that is very helpful. Exceptionally good bed. The location is quite good, not far from the lake. Geneva is a very expensive city so, in the context of that, the price of the hotel looks decent.
Some of the facilities are worn out (water gathers in the sink etc) and the kitchen could contain a microwave and at least some salt and pepper.
Staff were incredible. extremely helpful with everything from a sprained ankle to the best way to get to the beach to a dearth of taxis to the airport.
Location is excellent. Plenty of trams and busses, and also walking distance to the lac and jardin anglais.
