Nice family-owned hotel in Bern.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Good expresso, great croissants and rustic bread. Location is superb. Staff is always friendly, and they really try their best to make you feel comfortable. Convenient facilities for a homemade meal.

Cons:

Nothing at all.

My only criticism concerns the bath products: the same liquid soap—which doesn't lather—is used for hands, body, and hair; it’s terrible for anyone who enjoys a good shower.

Very good value. Will stay here again.
Pros:

Good location, very large and comfortable room with excellent air conditioning which was very important. The staff were also friendly. All for a very reasonable price.

My favorite hotel in Geneva
Pros:

Great location and a spacious room

Cons:

A little bit noisy as there is a restaurant with a patio right below the room window. When I stayed in winter, it was very quiet. But in summer it was noisy until near midnight
