Pros:

Just round the corner for my family in Geneva. Very pleasant and efficient staff. Very very clean. Good towels and linen. Bowl of fruit was very nice touch and chocolate. Fresh flowers in public areas. Good breakfast especially chausson de pommes. Also our granddaughter had to go back to university and she joined us for breakfast for which the reception did not have a problem. Attractive display of souvenirs in the lobby.

Cons:

Bedroom door onto the balcony would not stay open for fresh air- could have done with a form of door stop. If I used the suitcase then it blocked area round bed. Room on 7 th floor very hot but they gave us a fan which helped

Pros:

Large room like an apartment with bed, dining area, kitchenette and balcony. All wanted was there. Staff dealt with issues quickly.

Pros:

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff especially Elena at the front counter was amazing. Room was large and comfortable. Good location. Easy check in process. Able to store luggage after check out. Hôtel also sent the link for the free transport card prior to check in so we could use it on our way to the hotel.

Nothing. All good

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with any questions we had and had recommendations for us. The hotel is in a good location next to public transportation. Also many walkable places nearby
