Stop off from Ferry
Pros:

The rooms were great and the location was excellent for access from the ferry. The staff were all very cheerful and helpful and the evening buffet was reasonably priced.

Cons:

The car park was very small so we had to pay for parking on the road. We did not have breakfast as it was quite expensive.

Good location, great service
Pros:

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Mercure Le Havre Centre Bassin du Commerce.

The location is good. The hotel is a short walk from the station and the city centre with all the sights and dining options is also a short walk away.

The room was a good size with a kettle, tea, coffee, and milk. It had an empty mini fridge which was practical for storing some snacks. There was also a good amount of storage space.

The bathroom had a lot of shelf space where to put potions and lotions to. It had shower only, no bath and was very clean. They had a soap bottle next to the sink and body and hair cleaning gel in the shower area. Both products were by Nuxe.

We had one dinner there, which was very well stocked buffet of good quality items. It was reasonably priced at 20 euros. The service was also excellent.

The breakfast was as you can expect in a 4 star hotel and maybe even a bit better. They kept the items replenished all the time. The dining room was always kept spotlessly clean and overall in perfect condition. You seldom see that level of attention to detail.

We had a wonderful view of Le Havre from our room: We could see the bridge, the Vulcan and St Joseph's church. Also the view from the breakfast room / restaurant is towards those landmarks.

If we return to Le Havre we will almost certainly stay there again.

Eau froide et pression très basse. Un gel douche/ shampooing qui fait tout. On a l’impression d’être dans un standing de premier prix d’hôtel. Le bâtiment fait vieillot. Trop cher pour ce que c’est

en un mot je n'y retournerai pas il me semble que pour quelques euros de plus on a mieux.

bonne literie bon petit dejeuner

Cons:

classé en quatre etoiles cet hotel ne le merite pas. avoir des babyfoots et un billard américain dans l'entrée d'un quatre etoiles c'est du jamais vu . on sent que cet hotel à par le confort de la literie a besoin d'un bon lifting

Séjour agréable proche de tous les centres d'intérêt de la ville du Havre.
Pros:

Situation parfaite pour accéder à pied au centre ville et aux centres d'intérêt de la ville du Havre.
Personnel très agréable et souriant.
Le parking en sous-sol, même s'il est payant, est un plus.

Cons:

Petit-déjeuner somme toute assez classique sans mise en avant des spécialités régionales.
