Very nice, perfect location! Would recommend!
Pros:

Very nice location (near Les Folies Bergères and the Opera) and nice rooms! The staff were friendly!

Cons:

Renovation work going on (beginning of 2026) which meant that the main floor wasn’t fully completed and visible, but no doubt that the hotel will look even prettier after it’s finished!

Deceiving, disappointing , didn't fulfil expectations at all

Completely deceiving photos , the hotel looks nothong like what is shown, works going on , room was small , superior twin photos on the website were nothing like the room we were given at a premium . When ased the hotel staff said that room 409 was superior twin, it was nothing like that. To go in and out you have to ring a bell outside , it sometimes took forever for the staff to open the door, this is not what you expect from a 4 star hotel The hotel has a tiny lift , aain the photos on your website present a very lavish, deceiving picture.

camera piccola e sporca oltre che mentre eravamo in camera alle 17 é entrata una signora delle pulizie senza bussare dopo aver esposto il problema al ragazzo alla reception ci é stato detto che avrebbe parlato con il manager ma a noi ci é stato piu detto nulla neanche delle semplici scuse!
