Completely deceiving photos , the hotel looks nothong like what is shown, works going on , room was small , superior twin photos on the website were nothing like the room we were given at a premium . When ased the hotel staff said that room 409 was superior twin, it was nothing like that. To go in and out you have to ring a bell outside , it sometimes took forever for the staff to open the door, this is not what you expect from a 4 star hotel The hotel has a tiny lift , aain the photos on your website present a very lavish, deceiving picture.

camera piccola e sporca oltre che mentre eravamo in camera alle 17 é entrata una signora delle pulizie senza bussare dopo aver esposto il problema al ragazzo alla reception ci é stato detto che avrebbe parlato con il manager ma a noi ci é stato piu detto nulla neanche delle semplici scuse!

We had a wonderful stay here , great location with Metro and supermarket 5 mins walk. Plenty to do around hotel also. Lovely breakfast room and facilities, male server was very helpful.
Nice room and super cosy beds and pillows , nice to have water in fridge.
Neil and Benjamine both went over and about their role to support us with a few issues we had., they were superb.
Highly recommend this hotel and in a great arrondissement of the 9th looking out on to The Follie Bergere theatre.
Rooms were very very warm for sleeping in.
Kids bed needs a second pillow or some in wardrobe as extra.
