L’emplacement et la propreté. Un merci spécial à Kasey à la réception et Sabine la gouvernante qui ont répondu à notre demande spécifique en nous proposant la chambre répondant parfaitement à nos besoins.

Pros:

The underground parking is very good, one of the best I have found in French city-center hotels. Only when exiting to turn right on the street, that is a bit tight, and it is best if your passenger gets out and directs you.
Otherwise, nice rooms, nice breakfast, very nice stuff, good location.

Pros:

La colazione era ottima e ricca,
la camera spaziosa e confortevole e con una bella vista sul porto e sul centro.
Molto vicino a piedi al castello di Caen.

Cons:

Forse avrei aggiunto un po’ di varietà per i prodotti da bagno essendo un albergo di categoria, ma
in generale è stata un’ottima esperienza!

Très déçu de notre expérience dans cet hôtel.

La chambre est spacieuse.

Cons:

1- Nous n'avons pas été informés que l'hôtel était en travaux de remplacement des moquettes contrairement à ce que le réceptionniste a affirmé. Nous avons donc dû emprunter les locaux de l'hôtel Ibis attenant à l'hôtel Mercure (réception, couloirs, salle du petit déjeuner). Malgré cela, les petits déjeuners nous ont été facturés au tarif de l'hôtel Mercure.
2- Nous avions demandé une chambre au calme et on nous a attribué une chambre sur le port ce qui nous a valu d'être réveillé par les bruits du dehors (fêtards...). Les fenêtres double vitrage filtraient mal les bruits.
