Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro di Caen a piedi. Distributore di acqua per riempire borracce.
Il parcheggio dell'hotel è caro e gestito con modalità poco chiare. La biancheria avrebbe bisogno di più attenzione alla pulizia.
L'hotel è in ottima posizione, con parcheggio privato comodo (a pagamento ma a prezzo ragionevole). Camera e bagno ampi. Ottima colazione.
La qualità del materasso. La scarsa offerta del set di cortesia.
The hotel is very well located close to the centre of the city with shops, restaurants, bars and sightseeing locations all with easy walking distance. The superior rooms offered very comfortable facilities with enough space for two people. The staff were very helpful and considerate. The underground car park entrance was easily found and the car park felt very secure.
We didn't take up the breakfast option as it was far more than we wanted, both in quantity and cost.
Destacar la amabilidad del personal, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y con muy buena actitud. El desayuno es muy bueno, con bollería recién hecha y con productos frescos de alta calidad. Tiene una muy buena ubicación, a solo 10 minutos del centro histórico. Si se viaja en coche, es mejor reservar plaza de parking en el mismo hotel, ya que en la calle no es fácil encontrar aparcamiento (aunque también hay un parking público cerca). Las zonas comunes son muy amplias y muy cuidadas, al igual que la habitación. De los mejores hoteles Mercure en Francia donde nos hemos alojado.

Great location by the marina: a few eateries nearby and only short (5-7 min) walk to Old Vaugueux with its many restaurants. Slight further walk to the famous Abbayes (in different directions).

Some (minor) Housekeeping shortcomings that should have been noticed & dealt with during cleaning / changeover:
- Our handbasin was blocked when we checked in (and had to be unblocked)
- our in room safe was locked & had to be unlocked.
- no milk / creamer to have with complimentary coffee / tea.
Also do not like being supplied with paper (as opposed to glass / china) glasses & cups - and no teaspoons.
Great location right on Caen Port.
I booked a standard twin room and a superior double room. Apart from the beds, they were exactly the same 🤔.
