Je me permets de vous écrire afin de vous faire part de mon mécontentement suite à notre séjour dans votre établissement le week-end du 19/20 juin.
Nous avions choisi de quitter Paris en raison de la canicule et avons réservé une chambre triple/familiale chez vous, espérant ainsi bénéficier d’un meilleur confort, notamment grâce à la climatisation. Malheureusement, nous avons constaté que la climatisation ne fonctionnait que dans la zone du canapé-lit (occupée par notre enfant), mais pas dans la chambre principale. Malgré notre demande auprès de votre personnel en soirée (vers 22h30/23h00), il n’a pas été possible de résoudre le problème, la seule solution proposée ayant été d’ouvrir la fenêtre, ce qui aurait entraîné des nuisances sonores provenant de la rue.
Résultat : nous avons dû supporter une chaleur similaire à celle que nous cherchions justement à éviter à Paris, avec seulement quelques degrés de moins.
Au vu du prix de la chambre (300 € la nuit), il me semble évident que la climatisation doit fonctionner correctement. Je sollicite donc un geste commercial en dédommagement de ce désagrément.

La camera piccola con una piccola finestrella, molto rumorosa . Il ristorante per noi non era disponibile perché riservato ai gruppi ed al bar erano a disposizione solo piccoli snack non abbiamo fatto colazione
