Perfect hotel!
Pros:

What a fabulous hotel! So comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly. Perfect location opposite the Hbf and not too far to walk into the Altstadt.

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY

PROPERTY IS CLOSE TO THE TRAIN STATION. WE STAYED ON THE 7TH FLOOR. NOISE FROM THE TRAMS DID NOT BOTHER. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD.
