Die zentrale Lage!

Cons:

Gutes Frühstück - jedoch kaum Service- so wurde nicht 'aufgefüllt'.... Wir waren etwa 9:15 Uhr beim Frühstück!

Pros:

Das Personal für die Pflege des Zimmers waren trotz Sprachprobleme sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir hatten in der 5 Etagge kein heißes Wasser zum Duschen. Wir haben es bei der Rezeption gemeldet. Es hat sich niemand darum gekümmert.
Wir sind mit unserem Hund angereist. Es gab keinen gemeinsamen Platz , um mit unserem Hund zu frühstücken. 20 Euro für einen Hund!!!! Wofür
Das Personal an Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich.
Kaltes Wasser beim Duschen und die Leitung des Hotels, hat sich für unsere Anliegen nicht interessiert.
Zusammenfassung: Hunde unfreundlich, Gäste stören eigentlich.
Ich würde allen abraten,

Cons:

Leider haben die Fenster den Lärm der Strassenbahn nicht abhalten können.
Bett für meinen Begleiter zu hart.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr komfortabel und schön eingerichtet.
Pros:

Eigentlich war es kein Hotelzimmer, sondern eine kleine Wohnung: getrennter Aufenthalts- und Schlafbereich.. Geräumig, blitzsauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gab eine hübsche kleine Wohnküche mit Mikrowelle, kleiner Spüle, Wasserkocher und überraschend großem Kühlschrank. Auch das Badezimmer war supermodern und in Topzustand.
Für unsere Hündin stand eine saubere Unterlage, ein Napf mit Knabberei und ein sehr netter Willkommensbrief bereit.
Das Frühstück war phänomenal.

Sauber .Personal freundlich und willig.
Lage super am Bahnhof.

Cons:

Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Trotz Reklamieren gelang keine Behebung des Defekts. Kein Preisnachlass dafür.Bett zu klein.
Nur eine durchgehende Matratze. D.h., wenn sich einer bewegt, bewegt sich der andere mit.
Parkhaus wurde als defekt beschrieben. Wir mussten in städtisches Parkhaus ausweichen. Nicht weit entfernt, aber sehr kompliziert zu finden. Klar. Navi macht das. Aber es stresst.
