It's dirty outside and run down. The ceiling was chipping and cracked. Parking lot was dark in the back corner near 1212.

Pros:

I like being in apartment like rooms.

Cons:

The pool is closed and it was not listed on site. I cancelled the room when I got there. I was told that management would accept cancellation due to them not listing that the pool was closed for the season! This is not the 1st issue I’ve had here. These people are money hungry and will find anyways to make more money. I probably will never return back to this location.

It was wonderful for what we needed it for
Pros:

I loved that it was like a little home. Having a full-size kitchen was wonderful, even though we didn’t cook anything on the stove. Staff was friendly, checking in and accommodating when we needed more blankets.

Cons:

The only downfall I could say was somebody who was having a party Saturday night and was a little noisy

Overall, the hotel was clean, the double bedroom was very spacious, and the staff was nice.
Pros:

The double bedroom was spacious. I did like that the room has a microwave and stove. Due to the blizzard, I was able to cook and heat up food. Overall, the staff was really nice.

Cons:

I reserved this hotel due to having no power because of the blizzard. I reserved this hotel for two nights. The TV was not working. I called the front desk over seven times informing them that the TV wasn't working. They reported the call maintenance and informed them of the issue. They told me multiple times over two nights that maintenance was coming to fix the TV and they never did. At one point the front desk stopped answering my phone calls I had to leave my room and go to the front desk. They claimed they called and texted their "group chat" and said maintenance would be at my room in 5 minutes. They never showed up.

Pros:

Not much. Old worn out everything. Burn holes in carpet, bathroom faucet barely had pressure, no face cloths, tv remote needed batteries...wall paper peeling and torn.
