Great location for a short stay in Nice.
Pros:

Perfect location for a long weekend. Close to the train station, old town and promenade. Everything is less than 15 min walk.
Easy access from the airport. Less than 30 min on the tram and tram stop 3 minutes away.

The staff at the desk were lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

The hotel and the rooms were great with everything you need : clean, great breakfast, quiet. It just lacks a bit of character.

Not bad but small rooms, messy service.
Pros:

Great location, nice and clean. Cute garden to have coffee.

Cons:

Felt like service was abysmal and the room was smaller than advertised.

First off, when calling to get wine glasses to the room, we were told to go get them ourselves downstairs. Coffee machine didn’t work, we were given coffees from the automatic machine while there was an espresso machine, felt like they didn’t want to take the time to make it for us. They charged us 16 euros to borrow beach towels.

Just not the kind of hotel I’d recommend despite the location
