Everything was good
Clean inviting acomadating
The front desk staff was not kind and many of my guest complained to me about the professionalism
Hot tub very well kept
Breakfast buffet options were limited but they do have a menu if you prefer to do that instead (you'll have to pay for that). Always clean, indoor pool always a plus. Little bit of a drive if you want to go downtown but worth it.
The hotel offered a great view of the mountains and the city on the 9th floor.
I wish there was a version of the DoubleTree cookie with no nuts.
Clean
Nothing
Room & Bed
1. Unwelcome, impolite and hostile attitude of the front desk clerk at check-in. 2. Requested using hotel phone for help with the room coffee maker. 3. Requested to deliver a band aid for a painful bruise on my finger. But was told I must come down 8 floors to the front desk to collect it! 4. After waiting ~30 min for the Coffee maker issue, called again with no answer but a continuous music was played. 5. After ~1 hour texted with the same request with no response. 5. Upon getting down for the band aid, the same first reception showed no remorse for failing to respond my phone or text messages. He requested a colleague to attend to the coffee maker issue, both displaying a disrespectful body language. 6. The hotel room phone kept on tirelessly playing on the annoying music. Could not sleep at all! Pressing any button on the phone of no use! Texted with the problem. Several minutes later the phone was stopped.
First the good, then the bad.
The two main male bartenders, OUTSTANDING! Personable, knowledgeable, and just downright fun.
The housekeepers that I did encounter were also friendly and personable.
So, the not so great;
Every single one of the front desk agents that I interacted with were miserable.
Very little to no eye contact.
No name tags.
One of my days I did not receive housekeeping service and when I called down to request service there was no apology even though there was a note on my reservation requesting daily service.
When I brought this to the attention of the front desk she tersely asked the question if my DND sign was off the door…yes, I always take a picture of my door with the date time stamp for this very reason.
Over and over again, the absolute worst interaction with the front desk staff. Again, miserable is the only way to describe the situation at the desk.
Then last but not least, I went down to the Cafe to grab some some snacks only to find the were not available because they had closed 5 minutes before.
She just couldn’t care less about my disappointment and told me to walk across the lobby to the market that was an absolute mess. There was product strewn everywhere.
Seriously, please, I hope there is someone from the ownership or franchise management company that will read this and take immediate action.
I stay at Hilton Brand hotels 45 weeks out of the year.
I VERY RARELY GIVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.
Well, I let the team know I was graduating, and they upgraded the room, which was both a pleasant surprise and, honestly, so amazing as I'd never had that happen to me before. We also loved the cookies, though I am a little guilty of having more than two.
The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay a little longer.
It was what you would expect from a Hilton. Clean, comfortable and good facilities
Paying parking but everyone hates that!!!
Having to pay for parking is trash
First off I did make a mistake and booked for the wrong weekend. 100%my mistake. However when I realized that I front of the front desk staff I got made fun of instead of ANY attempt to help me with my mistake. I will not be staying with the group again. Absolute drop of all customer service
