Pros:

Everything is perfect during my stay at DoubleTree. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and exactly what is was advertised. All the facilities I needed was ready. It was a flawless experience I got.

Would have been great with either the pool open or more communication from the hotel
Pros:

The hotel itself was very nice. However, we specifically booked this hotel for the pool - which I told the staff when booking as it was a birthday trip for my 8 year old. At check in, we were not informed that the pool was closed for the entirety of our stay.

We did not have the opportunity to cancel our booking before checking in and ended up checking out the next morning and moving hotels for the next night. Glenda was amazing and understood the frustration completely. They made it easy to cancel the next night and move.

Cons:

Elevators were extremely small and barely fit the luggage cart, pool closed, extremely busy hotel
