Pros:

Very nice hotel!
Pros:

We stayed for one night. We picked the location that was closest to the activities we were there to attend. We had two dogs with us and the hotel was accommodating when we asked to switch rooms to a lower level to make it easier on the dogs (and on my sanity).

Would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

It was clean, they had decent food and a nice bar. Most of the staff were really nice. The bed was big and comfy. It also felt like we could get anywhere in the city in decent time depending on traffic.

Cons:

The bathroom was not the best. The shower was pretty wimpy as far as water pressure and took a long time to warm up. When it did warm up it was too hot. The toilet also flushed so hard that it would spray water all over the bathroom if you didn’t shut the toilet seat which is really gross. Also something else I didn’t like were the elevators. They’re VERY small and also it’s kind of difficult to tell which elevator to get on to once they come to the floor you are on.

Cons:

Lawaaierig kamer aan voorkant. Vieze geur bij binnenkomst in hal kamer. Ramen bijna ondoorzichtig van het vuil aan buitenkant!!!!!

Cons:

They charged me a $200 smoker fee deposit. It has been over two weeks since I returned and I have still yet to get it back and no one is being helpful from this place.

Pros:

Didn’t eat breakfast. Walked in and decided to go eat out. $18 for parking? Raise the room rate I would have felt better. Bathrooms are out dated.

My experience has been great. The staff has been exceptionally good..
Pros:

The Double Tree on Quebec street is the most amazing experience i have had. The staff is very friendly and help with whatever needs you have. I would recommend this place very highly. The place is very clean and the rooms are exceptional. The noise level is very quiet and its peaceful. The pay is perfect for this great of a motel and it has lots of things to do like swimming and good food and drinks. Their is a man named Caleb that was very helpful at the front desk whenever I had an issue about anything.

Pros:

They gave us two days of free breakfast in their restaurant-- since we didn't get the balcony room. 😉

Cons:

I had booked a balcony room in advance. When we arrived said none available-- and we had to pay for parking ;(

Over all we had a great time it was our first time staying here and we'll definitely be back

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy staff was very helpful kind and knowledgeable, oh those cookies were the best!!!

Cons:

I paid for a room with a view and was in the 3rd floor rm 315 and could only see the trees, and i wish the restaurant and lounge would stay open later
