Pros:

The location was great, the pool was lovely if you could get a chair. Breakfast was fantastic, huge range. Easy to get into town as the train stop was behind. The sauna and steam room was a great addition.

Cons:

The gym needs some more equipment. We got it on a deal but otherwise not the best value for money.

Apenas a localização. Mas a praia não é o centro.

Cons:

Não limparam meu quarto 2 dias. Um dia tive que pedir para as camareiras virem, mas como tinha passado horário, só vieram me entregar novas toalhas. Mas não tiraram o lixo do banheiro. O box é terrível, molha o banheiro todo, não tem ar no banheiro e fica difícil se arrumar. Café da manhã parece ser top pelas fotos, mas pessoalmente faltou o básico!

Ravintolapalvelut. Ruoka ei ole kummoista, ei vastaa hintatasoa, ruokalistat puutteelliset. Ei kuvailla ruokia listoihin, kun esimerkiksi crispy chicken onkin kuorrutettu jollain siemeniä ja pähkinöitä sisältävällä leivityksellä. Olennainen tieto pähkinäallergikolle.

Poor value for money.

What I didn’t like was that the pool was dirty, and the room was not clean either, with mould on the ceiling. The hotel has its own private beach, but sun loungers are not included free of charge, which I believe they should be considering the price of the hotel.

On one day, our room was not cleaned at all. The breakfast selection was also very disappointing. Drink dispensers were often empty, and when guests left their tables, the tables were not cleared, leaving newly arriving guests with nowhere to sit.

There were too few staff members and the service was very slow. The same problem occurred at the pool area: there was no one regularly clearing up, and I even saw a cigarette butt floating in the pool. Used glasses were left everywhere, and there was often a shortage of clean towels.

Pros:

Room was very nice, large, great views of the sea. It was slightly dated and feels it needs modernising somewhat. The location was as expected. A good stroll into the old town and the tram was at the rear of the hotel which was regular and very reasonably priced. this would take you into town areas or to the airport.

Cons:

The service at the pool area was very inattentive, everyone was polite but you could be waiting quite a while for some service. I think more staff would be beneficial.
