Location, views, staff all good
Booked a family room… basically a standard room with sofa bed. Very small for 3 people.
Room not cleaned daily.
Har bodd på hotellet flere ganger og det var som forventet også denne gangen på selve hotellet. Var mere skuffet over strandavdelingen.
Strandavdelingen var langt under forventning med tanke på service. Spesielt lederen. Dårlig humør, lite løsningsorientert og virket som hun mislikte jobben sin. Med såpass høye priser for solseng og annet var dette veldig skuffende. Vi valgte bort denne avdelingen etter dag 2 og gikk til konkurrentene.
Amazing views. Conveniently on tram and bus. Perfect position. Get a sea view room.
Two coffee machines only in big hotel . One coffee machine worked, one didn’t. Big queues of frustrated coffee drinkers at breakfast.
Pool isn’t that nice, a bit grotty needs so renovation. Resembles a motel pool.
Is the price of a really quality hotel, but feels more like an Ibis.
The hotel beach club had much nicer food than the pool bar.

Staff were on some occasions slow to serve you at the roof top bar and ( it maybe an English thing ) but we had to ask for our Tea tray to be restocked with tea bags and milk every day

Objekat je sazrio za renoviranje. Vanjska stolarija kao da je nema, jer se sve čuje izvana. Sa prednje strane cesta po kojoj ide puno auta, svako uzlijetanje i slijetanje aviona se jako čuje u sobi, iza hotela cesta dosta prometna ( imali smo sobe na jednoj i drugoj strani hotela). Hodnici se osjete po hrani , jer od narudžbi u sobe se sve izbaci u hodnik i tako stoji po pola dana. Kupaonice staromodne. Plaźa nije uz hotel kao na slikama nego treba preci cestu i staze da se dodje do nje ( tako nije prikazano na slikama). Nije za preporučit

Lovely hotel with big hang out are downstairs. My little one loved it
Housekeeping system could use some improvement. Anyone with a child knows that it would be ideal that housekeeping should happen during bfast time.
Instead we always had housekeeping start around 15 which is also nap time.
We had a lovely stay at the Radisson Blu Nice. The hotel is beautiful, the location is great and we really enjoyed our room and the sea view. A special thank you to leeze who assisted us with our room. She was incredibly kind, helpful and professional, and made sure we had a room that perfectly matched what we were looking for. We truly appreciated her help and excellent service.

Welcome was pleasant, our room was ready at 12 o’clock when we arrived and we had comfortable room.
Next day I need to ask for cleaning at 17 o’clock for our room.
