Its position on the promenade. It’s quite far the centre which was disappointing.

Cons:

Their inability to be flexible and accommodating was underwhelming.
When we spoke to reception about something we were requesting and trying to find a resolution to a very small problem the staff just looked at eachother and smirked. Very unprofessional.

Bel établissement, très bien situé.
Excellent petit déjeuner.
Cadre superbe

Cons:

Pas de chauffage à cette époque et chambre à 15-16 degrés. Il a fallu attendre la 3 eme nuit pour que le chauffage soit installé dans l’hôtel et que la température soit agréable.

Belle réaction de l’établissement avec un surclassement offert et une remise … mais on a eu froid.
