Smell in room is overwhelming

Cons:

The EXTREMELY STRONG smell in the room made all of my belongings smell (they still smell days later) and it made my throat hurt for days. I had to throw away all of my cpap masks and hoses because I cannot get the odor out of them, and the machine still smells days later. It's just horrible!

had trouble with coffee maker. after figuring out coffee maker downstairs, I re-did upstairs, had to hold the big button down. I let them know at the front desk.

A nightmare
Pros:

The water was gone for a half of day. We arrived around 1:00 to the hotel and we have to wait for 40 minutes, nobody was there.
I asked for a late check out and the receptionist said is ok, later he became so rude because a arrived 2 hours previous the check out and he said that because I didn’t pay the late check out early, I have to pay an extra fee + the rate. I don’t recommend this hotel to anybody.
