Pros:

Extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very large. It was quiet. It felt safe. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Great price for what we get!
Pros:

I booked the hotel for the July 4th weekend with some friends. We brought some of our own food to share with each other. And very pleased to learn that the hotel has a lobby area with a few table and chairs that we can sit together and chat and enjoy our foods in a clean and quiet environment. Jay at the front desk has been so helpful and friendly. The entire stay is very pleasant and enjoyable for us.

In general inspection the hotel is good but the deposit fee they charge is ridiculous.
Pros:

Only the location of the radio and the parking system are nice

Cons:

There were no refreshments. And it's unreasonable for the hotel to charge an extra deposit for anything other than the reservation we made online.

Excellent budget hotel. Room was a little dated, but very clean. I did not hear any noise from any other guests. There is a microwave, Kuerig and fridge in the room.
