I will NEVER stay.

Absolutely NOTHING

Cons:

All the systems were down. 8 couldn’t check in my room. There were no rooms available even though I booked 2 weeks in advance. The pool was dirty. The room wasn’t clean. The staff didn’t know how to do their jobs. It was a terrible mess

Holiday INN Honest Review
Pros:

I loved the pools deep end and shallow end making it perfect for all ages. Not to mention their mattresses are so comfortable, you won't even know your sleeping

If you're in Rockford THIS IS THE HOTEL TO BOOK

Nice room - billing struggles
Pros:

The rooms were clean.

Cons:

They got the charges all wrong and double charged me. Took me going to the front desk and two phone calls to straighten it out. They were nice, but kind of a disorganized mess logistically.
