Applause to the team running this Fairfield Inn
Pros:

Clean, modern, well located with respect to food, ATM and conveniences. Breakfast was great. Every single thing worked. Nothing was run down. Brian Cottman, Chase? And the blond woman at the front desk made me feel at home, and really looked after. Best Fairfield Inn I've ever stayed at.

Pros:

Staff for the breakfast was a little rude. It was almost time to put everything away however there was a lot of people still in there. Which is understandable... theres an end time... however when you have a full lobby maybe the staff who doesnt speak English very well should be a little bit nicer and not show that theyre annoyed by their face.

Cons:

Dirty soaken wet towel left in our shower.

We are booking another stay for august
Pros:

The property well kept. Close to my purpose for visit.

Cons:

I was so happy to see a clean room when we arrived. I always go by bathroom which was spotless however when we returned to go to bed at midnight I pulled down the top sheet and the fitted sheet was stained. So my husband and I slept on top of blankets. Next morning I reported it to main desk on our way out and when we returned happy to say the sheets were changed

nice room, but buffet breakfast cut off at 9:30 early & no fruit nor pastry- I would select Hilton next time.. they

breakfast on weekend should be extended longer!!! ... Hilton has breakfast buffet until 10:30am....which is more suitable when traveling away from home. Plus, with families & getting their kids ready extra early to race down stairs to breakfast is stressful - as I saw several families there - my suggestion would be to make breakfast Longer & add another hour...and to add fresh fruit to breakfast buffet & some sort of sweet/pastry - which
they did not have at all. playing $240. a night you want fruit & pastry added - other hotels - like Hilton provide that as well.

We settled because we had to. I would not pay the price I did for this room in the future.
Pros:

Ease of checking in and lots of parking. Comfortable room, shower had dirty grout, and breakfast was good. Pleasurable staff.

Cons:

Way overpriced for a basic room.
