Do yourself a favor—do not stay here.
I’ve seen my share of rough places, but this was easily one of the most unsettling hotel experiences I’ve ever had. At first glance, it almost seems passable—like someone rushed through a surface-level cleaning—but it doesn’t take long to realize how deeply neglected everything really is.
The real issue? The beds.
The sheets looked like they hadn’t seen a washing machine in far too long. Stains—clearly bodily fluids, including what appeared to be fecal matter—were visible and impossible to ignore. This wasn’t just a small oversight; it was downright disturbing and completely unacceptable for any place expecting guests to sleep there.
Beyond that, the entire property feels worn down and poorly maintained, like it’s been left to deteriorate without care. Even worse, there was no staff available when needed—no one at the front desk, no one answering calls. When issues come up (and they will), you’re essentially on your own.
This place doesn’t just need a deep clean—it needs serious attention, better management, and staff who are actually present.
Save yourself the headache (and the horror). Stay somewhere else.
The location was convenient, the indoor pool was also nice. Lastly, the staff were amazing.
The room had a strong stale, unpleasant odor and was not clean. There was hair in the shower and noticeable dust on the surfaces. I ended up wiping down the countertops myself with disinfectant wipes. The carpets also smelled bad, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. When I reported the issue, the front desk they offered a spray to mask the odor. The smell coming from the sink drain was especially overwhelming.
The layout of the room, the large bathroom, convenience for Splash Lagoon!
Very outdated facilities could use a little TLC. the room, specifically the bathroom, needs a thorough cleaning. There was left over shampoo on the wall of the shower in multiple spots.
Bed are comfortable.
The staff are quite rude. Maybe because we are Asian? They dont know how to greet their guests and not friendly.
The only plus was the bed was comfortable and it was connected to the waterpark.
I sent in multiple reports about the stay. There was food on the ground in the closet, dead flies and dust on the windowsill. There were dirty plastic bags shoved under the bed. I went to make coffee and when I filled the keurig with water mold poured out. There was no do not disturb sign was left in the room and the next morning as I was in the bathroom room service was banging on the door to come clean, said he didn’t know someone was staying again. Called the front desk for the do not disturb sign and no one brought one so I had to get one from the cleaning ladies.
The breakfast was only open on one side and the line was so long and the food wasn’t even freshly stocked. Just a total let down all around.
Location and free breakfast in the morning
My daughters and I had to take not so hot showers.
I wasn't notified that I had to let the front desk know myself by 11am that I wanted my room cleaned since I was staying for 2 day's. People out front sitting in their car's or in the tailgate of their trucks smoking weed. I let the front desk know I had asthma and it was very rude. Also let front desk know that the person above our room was stomping across floor late night and early morning both nights we slept not that great. This was my worst experience. Especially on a holiday.
Great breakfast! Wonderful staff
Clean sheets and the pool was nice but those are bare minimum
The shower was moldy and still have lots of hair from the last person making me feel like it was not cleaned. Our tv did not work and the screws that had previously secured it to the dresser were pulled out so the tv tipped back. I called the front desk to help me figure it out but they didn’t have maintenance or another room available.
Breakfast very good the first day and dropped off each day through the middle of the week
Unable to access pool from my patio door was locked staff members had no key I am a seasoned adult that would enjoy access during POOL HOURS as my room and adjacent room would only have access through door
