Pros:

Pool and walk to water park was short. Clean facility, breakfast was hot and loaded even with a crowd. Rooms were nice and they accommodated our conjoining room.

Cons:

No elevator for luggage or stroller for kids,
The watermark could use a wider staircase for the three rides that require three lanes on one staircase it's a little to small.

It was a one and done for us

They never serviced our room for 3 days. Had to go to the front desk and request service that we still never received

It was an overall good experience and I will be staying again.
Pros:

I liked the location. Very central to my work place and eatery’s. I liked the pool and the staff.

Cons:

I disliked that breakfast doesn’t start until 6:30. Some of the working class has to be there by 6. I disliked that there is no “adult” time in the pool from 10p-12a. For the adults to get a swim in without being hit with flying footballs or splashed by kids jumping in.

We made our way
Pros:

Was near restaurants and shopping and most staff were Pleasent.

Cons:

Had to ask for towels and conditioner which was left in room could not install conditioner on wall. Dirty towels left in bathroom and garbage taken out by myself. Stayed 6 days no room service

It was a good day as usual
Pros:

It is our favorite hotel to stay at in Erie. We love the pool and hot tub. The location is perfect.
