Excellent hotel The rooms are not small - they are typical Parisian rooms
Pros:

The hotel is the right choice for those coming to Paris. I will not repeat what they wrote before me, everything is correct. Excellent location, renovated rooms, comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels, efficient staff, quality breakfast and everything that makes your stay unforgettable. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area, and I will single out one Bouillon, which represents cultural heritage, is 230 years old and is located a minute from the hotel.
I will only write about what I read in a lot of comments about the small rooms, narrow corridors and small elevator. It's all relative and depends on what you're comparing it to. But if you compare it with the rest of the offer in the city center of Paris, you should know that even in the most famous hotels, and especially in the apartments offered on the market, then these dimensions are above average. The rooms that are rented out are usually around 12m2, and of course the corridors in these buildings are in accordance with that. This is simply the situation in Paris because it is about old buildings that are generally well maintained, but unfortunately it is impossible to enlarge them. The Citi Bergere passage where the hotel is located is 200 years old, as are most of the buildings, and when looking for accommodation it is better to look at when it was last renovated rather than the area.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, staff cordiale e disponibile, stanza pulita e la colazione è in linea col tipo di struttura.

Cons:

Leverei la moquette per una questione igenica e specificherei nei costi da sostenere in struttura la caparra di 150 euro (che ci è stata ridata senza alcun problema)

Kesklinna suhtes hea asukoht, kõikjale olulisematesse kohtadesse Pariisi mõistes mõnusa jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Hotell ise kõrvaltänavas linnakärast eemal, hea ja vaikne. Hommiksöök üle ootuste hea, arvestades, kui väikese hotelliga tegu.

Cons:

1. Izolarea fonica: se auzea când în camerele alăturate se făcea duș.
2. Faptul ca nu se putea regla temperatura din camera. A fost cald, am fost nevoiți sa dormim cu geamul deschis.

Soluzione perfetta per godersi Parigi a piedi
Pros:

Hotel in pieno centro, a pochissimi passi dall’Opera, dal museo Louvre.
Le camere sono spaziose, con arredi moderni, i letti sono matrimoniali e non alla francese quindi molto comodi.
Bagno piccolo ma essenziale

Soggiorno molto piacevole, perfetto per visitare Parigi in totale comodità.
Pros:

Struttura molto bella e curata nei dettagli, camera pulita e accogliente. Posizione ottima, comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Parigi. Staff gentile e disponibile, sempre pronti ad aiutare.

Cons:

Spazi un po’ ridotti nella stanza e isolamento acustico migliorabile, si sentivano leggermente i rumori esterni.

Pros:

Отличное расположение для посещения основных достопримечательностей: 17минут пешком до Лувра, прямая ветка метро до садов Трокадейро, Опера рядом, в целом пешком и до Монмартра можно дойти. Рядом есть недорогая сеть едален Bouillion и продуктовые, и другие заведения. Вечером было спокойно.
Номер брала на одного, но двухместный, была даже третья кровать. Чисто, даже ванна, а не душевая кабина, неплохой фен. В минибаре 2 бесплатные бутылки воды. Окна во двор, шума особо не было, но если кто то ходил мимо и громко говорил, то было слышно.

Cons:

Жила в номере 206, не работал кондиционер, выдавал сообщение, мол загрузка 52%, ждите (хотела включать на обогрев). В номере было очень холодно (март), в день заезда (воскресенье) сразу обратилась с этим на рецепшн, пообещали в понедельник сделать, даже на бумажку все записали, но конечно никто ничего не сделал. Это для меня минус.
