The lobby is the cleanest area in the whole facility. The grounds are kept nicely.

Área calma e boa localização

Cons:

Alguns funcionários pouco profissionais. Não é recente, pois já não é a minha primeira vez neste hotel e há sempre um par de funcionários que deixa muito a desejar em questões de atendimento e competências.
E claro, falta ao hotel área de restauração. Pelo valor dos quartos, poderia bem ter, pelo menos, pequeno almoço incluído ou pelo menos ter uma cafetaria para servir pequenos almoços.

It was a wonderful experience!
Pros:

We didn’t eat here because it wasn’t included with the room. We drove to a different restaurant.

Cons:

The bathtub didn’t look clean. And there was something sticky on the floor by the refrigerator. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room instead we had to go to the lobby.

Nice and clean.

Cons:

They did not have any toothbrushes. They did not have any deodorant. They had no feminine products. The snack bar was decimated and apparently nobody had ordered anything for it.

This was one of the most uncomfortable rooms I've stayed in.
Pros:

The staff was friendly overall

Cons:

The room smelled horrible
There were no towels available at the front desk because "housekeeping hadn't come in yet" despite the sign in the room saying call the front desk for towels.
