Great stay with clean and quiet comfort.
Pros:

Clean and organized. Rooms smelled fresh and amenities were tidy and clean.

Cons:

Staff, (front desk clerk) was distant and not overly friendly. They did not go out of their way to make you feel welcome or appreciate you as a guest.

Location was excellent, quick egress onto main roads. Walkable to the convention center, walkable to plenty of restaurant options near by, I would stay again.

Cons:

Parking in general has low clearances, even the higher roof garage, which clearly had high clearances, had metal beams constructed to minimize the clearance which made no sense. So if you have a high roof van you will have challenges parking. Also, some of the beams had shifted for an even lower clearance, but were still marked at the same clearance height as the other beams. I had a cargo van and was exhibiting at the convention center nearby.

Great location and value but pool seemed rancid.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Room was clean and had a pleasant smell despite the hallway having an odor. Night staff had the best attitude of any night staff I've ever dealt with. The parking was fantastic despite the $12 a day, which is still not breaking the bank.

Cons:

The pool had a rancid taste. Not that we drank the water but when swimming it got into our mouths and was so bad we got out fearing water safety. It was also said it was heated but the water was cold. Which is good for a summer stay. The day time staff was a little less open and friendly than the night staff, but never rude. No microwave in the room forces you to visit the lobby to heat up anything.

Sadly did not meet expectations
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel! Getting in and out of the parking lot was super easy and the parking garage wasn’t bad. The staff was nice enough but not overly friendly.

Cons:

We weren’t able to check in for an hour and a half after we were supposed to get to. The shower was very slippery. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. The black out curtains didn’t close all the way so the sun came in our room every morning. During the night we were woken up several times due to noises outside of our room.

I would come back again
Pros:

the check-in person was very nice and I like him being positive about his job.
The location is good, hotel parking is convenient, and the price is good.

Cons:

upon entering my room, there were small paper pieces of trash in front of the door (very small), the bathroom trash bag was left with the trash in it, and the bathtub was filled with bubbled water (must be after cleaning). I thought I stepped into someone's room. And, one piece of curly hair was hanging from one of the bath towels (my hair is not curly).
Oh well, I don't care to blame cleaning ladies as they must have a tough job, and this is not a $300 hotel. Everything else was clean and tidy.

Pros:

It was comfortable and close to the places I wanted to visit. Affordable!

Cons:

I didn’t care for the parking , and the sockets on the lamps didn’t work . I didn’t like that you had to go downstairs to warm up your food. But other than that it was a good hotel.

Wonderful!
Pros:

It was beautiful property! It was clean, had access the ice machine without having to go all the way downstairs! Great view also!

Cons:

The staff was so nice and helpful ! Its clean in the room all the way down the pool! My bed was comfortable would definitely recommend!

The first night had me on edge but overall i would stay again due to the staff accommodating my stay.
Pros:

I really appreciated how when i had a bed bug in my first room they upgraded me to an executive suite without having any problem with it. I also i appreciate how they waived my parking fee and did not charge extra for the executive suite.

Cons:

I did not like how the first night we almost slept with bedbugs and also the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Wonderful week at Sonesta!!!
Pros:

Service, flexibility on check in and very professional. Carlos especially was attentive to my request and I observed good professional work from the front desk staff. Beautiful ambience and view. The lobby was hige and perfect for meeting other guests or to receive visitors without having to bring them to your room. The rooms were clean, beautiful and spacious.

Cons:

No late restaurant.

Pros:

No free breakfast, partial Starbucks menu, and we had to pay to park! We did nót use the parking garage, we parked in the handicap parking. Strange smell throughout. Overall decent!

We would stay again!
Pros:

I loved the location and the warm, welcoming atmosphere.
I believe that Carlos was who checked us in and made sure to go over everything with us.
it was a little late so he even gave us a restaurant recommendation!

Cons:

I was a little let down that the “hot tub”/“jacuzzi” was not available. I also would have liked the breakfast package CONTENTS to have been shared before purchase, I probably would’ve purchased à la cart instead.
